My recent experience at Toyota on the Trail was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival to pick up the car, all agreed-upon conditions were unexpectedly changed. The coverage promised was not provided as agreed. Despite being assured our $1,000 CAD deposit would be refunded under any circumstance, we were denied due to alleged compliance with terms we did not agree to. Moreover, we were threatened by them for refusing to accept their ''new deal'' which was completely different to the initial one (payments and coverage). This is the absolutely the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with( I wouldn't even give this company one star)!! These guys are crooks beyond belief! To start off with my wife wanted a specific car, we scouted around and this was one that she opted to look at. So to make a long story short she liked the one at this dealership, so we put in an offer, the salesman took it to his manager and he came back to us with a price that was $2200 more than the price they had on the internet, telling us we had to take these packages, so we walk out, wondering what just happened. My wife still wanted the car so she called AMVIC (Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council) to find out how the can just add packages on. AMVIC told us that it is illegal to sell you anything more than the price they have listed +GST. We went backed the next day and argued with these guys for what they were doing until they finally reneged and gave it to us for what they had advertised it for as we were going to file a complaint. We took the car unwashed and unfilled, got it home and started cleaning it and we see that the passenger side fender liner is missing rivets, the passenger side door panel is badly scratched. We went to reregister the vehicle...Couldn't!!! As this was an out of province vehicle they had to do an inspection....And these Idiots didn't know that before they released the car??? Please save yourself a lot of money do not buy used cars here. After 9 days of possesion I had a check engine light on. And they cant help me because Im from Calgary. They cant even arrange anything here in Calgary to get it fix. The used they are selling are not up to standard and "as is" condition. Be very careful!!!!! Do not trust the mechanical assessment they will show you! Get your own mechanic to check it for you if your really like a car theyre selling. This is a busy dealership. Service and parts department very busy. Purchased a used 2021 RAV 4 hybrid. I was disappointed. I was wondering why they left the winter tires on in May which was suspicious as a dealership should be getting you ready for summer and they wouldn't put the summer tires on when I asked. Once I purchased the vehicle and received the summer tires I found out why. There was a plug in the sidewall of one of the tires (see photo). Not safe and they sold it to me this way without disclosing. They did not disclose that the vehicle had more than one owner until upon signing. And there was an amateur rear speaker wiring job that I had to take to an audio shop to repair and remove the electric tape and restore factory welds. They said they are selling it as is. The vehicle is running well so far. Hopefully no more surprises. The salesman was nice so one star for him, but the sales manager was deceptive. So be careful when you purchase and be prepared to walk away. read more

This was absolutely the worst vehicle buying experience I've ever heard about, let alone been involved in. On behalf of my girlfriend, she had agreed in principle to purchase a vehicle two days ago, on Wednesday. So much so that she had put $1000 down to hold the vehicle, then brought another $4000 cash as the rest of her down payment, and handed it over. Then she went to financing, where the terms of the deal were not what she had agreed to, and the purchase price would have been $7000 more than what she had been told. Three hours later, they refused to change the terms of the deal, and refused to provide anything extra to meet the difference in price. She was willing to walk away, but out of nowhere they couldn't get her deposit, or down payment, out of the safe because the person responsible had gone home for the day. And they couldn't get it back the next day, it would have to be two days later. Fast forward to two days later, today, Friday, and she goes in to get her deposit and down payment back. She's currently there, and has been there for over three hours, without her money. They've finally brought the terms back to the original discussed term, but are still refusing to provide any extras for all the time she has WASTED with them. This is absolutely an abysmal, useless way to do business. I would not recommend anyone go there to purchase a vehicle. I absolutely will not take my Toyota to them for even servicing. read more

My wife and I are in our 60s and were shopping for a smaller SUV that she would find easy to drive and park. We contacted the nearest Toyota dealership, Toyota On The Trail, to test dive a new Corolla Cross. While we were there the salesperson gave us incorrect information about the options on the vehicle. In the showroom was a silver model "L" Cross with light grey interior which we liked and the salesperson told us that interior is only for the "Sonic Silver Metallic" exterior colour. Wrong. In fact the light grey interior is standard on the Cross L regardless of the exterior colour. The salesperson told us the base price of the Cross L AWD was $36,999. Wrong. The Toyota Canada website clearly shows the base price to be $32,683.94. Finally, we were told that all vehicles come with rain / wind deflectors on the top edge all four doors, door sill protection plates, and paint protection wrap on the hood, front fenders, door edges, and inside the door handle recess "for free". We asked about ordering a vehicle to get one without all the add-ons and were told "all vehicles get those item". Other dealerships don't add these items and they certainly aren't "free". Next came the test drive. I don't fault the salesperson for coming with us but the test drive he directed us on took us through a residential neighbourhood and I doubt our top speed ever exceeded 50 km/hour. More damning was that during the drive we went up a slight incline towards the Mount Pleasant Cemetary during which my wife had the accelerator pressed to the floor and the vehicle felt like it barely made it to up the incline. The vehicle felt so underpowered that she was happy the test drive was so short. Our experience with the Corolla Cross was so bad we started looking at other vehicles, however our thoughts kept coming back to the versatility and reliability of the Corolla Cross. After several weeks, we visited a different dealership located in a certain world famous mall where we took another Cross for a test drive. During that test drive, we were allowed to take the vehicle on both Whitemud Drive and the Anthony Henday ring road getting up to speeds over 100 km/hr. That Cross did not at all feel underpowered. Looking back, we suspect that Toyota On The Trail limited the length of the test drive because the driver was a woman and that they did something to the test drive vehicle to limit its power and speed. In summary: - Their prices are higher than what is on the Toyota Canada website. - Staff either don't know or lie about options on the vehicles. - Customers must accept unnecessary and unwanted optional equipment. - Test drives are extremely limited in time, distance, power, and top speed (which may be related to sexism). Overall, I'd recommend avoiding Toyota On The Trail. If you're looking for a Toyota dealership in Edmonton, I'd recommend the one in the big mall on the west side of the city. read more

I for one am not one to leave reviews and definitely not a bad review, so please listen to my warning when I say to go somewhere else.. I purchased my vehicle through this dealership last summer (dealt with Alaeldeen, he was very pushy and rude) and was talked into an extended warranty package. I took it because I didn't want to have to worry about my car beyond booking it in as I have a very busy life as a single mom with 2 jobs. My check engine light recently came on and I called and booked an appointment to have my car looked at, the morning of my appointment my check engine light was no longer on so I called to inform them of this, they advised me to wait till it was consistently on. Fast forward a few months it was now finally consistently on so I called and booked my appointment. I had provided the codes my father had run with his diagnostic reader when arriving at my appointment. I later returned to pick up my vehicle to be notified that nothing was done on my vehicle because everything that needed to be done was a manufacturer but still charged me $92.60 for diagnosing my car and for confirming the codes that I had initially provided them. However, I was specifically told when purchasing my vehicle that I had to bring it through this dealership as they hold my warranty package. Hoping to have it transferred so I never have to step foot in this dealership again. Heed all the other warnings and negative reviews on this place and go elsewhere. The emergency tire repair kit you gave me in my 2017 Dodge caravan that states in BOLD letters on the box that it is only to be used on a Toyota Sienna was SO HELPFUL!!! Also, I'm SO happy that I spent $3000 on an extended warranty that I was told included roadside assistance!! It really became apparent how amazing a value that was when I called and was told the only roadside assistance available was a reimbursement of $50 in towing charges!!!!! Me and my 2 year old loved being stuck on the side of the road for hours today in the snow uncovering the mountain of lies you told us UPDATE Since TotT is now taking down my reviews after I didn't back down to their unprofessional and sexist reply - I'm adding to this review! TotT claims that they couldn't help me because there was "too much yelling". There ABSOLUTELY was!! My 2 year old was clearly screaming in distress, my 10 year old special needs child was screaming as well, I was sobbing informing the clueless and useless representative that l'm 8 months pregnant and stuck alone in the snow and when told that I wouldn't get help until I "calmed down"? Oh you bet there was screaming. I was met with absolutely nothing except defensive excuses and confirmation that the 3 grand I dropped on an extended warranty that I was explicitly told included roadside assistance, was useless. Pretty positive that desire TotT's claims, a tire shouldn't blow out on the road 2 1/2 weeks after purchase but, hey, what do I know? I'm just an "emotional" woman! Never buy a vehicle from this dealership!! I placed a deposit on a used vehicle and made an appointment with finance. I arrived to sign the papers a few days later and had an appointment for 12:30. I advised them I needed to leave the dealership by 1:30 as I had to go back to work. The finance girl was 30 min late for our appointment. When we started going through the paperwork, she advised me we had only been approved for an 84 month term at a higher interest rate then I agreed upon with a longer term. They were trying to get more money out of me as I would be paying $3500 in additional interest over the term. Then she advised me that the vehicle didn't have any warranty remaining when the sales rep AP told me the vehicle was under factory warranty till 100,000Klm. They tried to sell me on an additional warranty that would raise my monthly payment $140 a month over 84 months. After finding out I was given misinformation I advised the finance girl that this wasn't what I had signed up for and I wanted to back out of the deal. She then left the room and a manager came to talk with us and said they could do 72 months at the interest rate we had originally gave the deposit for. He then said the salesmen was new and gave me misinformation regarding the factory warranty. Surprising that I only was approved for 84 months 5 minutes ago and now all of a sudden, I can get whatever payment term I want and a lower interest rate. He then tried to work out a deal with me and at this point I had decided that I didn't want to do business with them and asked to refund my deposit as I was given misinformation. They refused to give me my deposit and said they held up their end of the deal. They only held up their end after arguing for an hour with 3 managers trying to get my deposit back. I was lied to, they tried to lock me in at a higher interest rate and term then I originally agreed too and refused to give me back my damage deposit. Why would I want to make a deal when I'm being misinformed from the start. Not to mention when I first looked at the car the salesman told me the key fob needed new batteries and they would replace it for when I pick It up. He then told me to go to the store and buy my own. He also told me I would have to drive to audi to get my plate put on as they couldn't install my license plate there because they didn't have the proper bolts. Really? You have a full shop and you cant install a license plate? Worst dealership service I have ever experienced and still didn't get my deposit back. In October 2024 I bought a 2022 4Runner. Because of low inventory, I bought it sight unseen for full asking price over the phone. I did not negotiate on price. Days before I was to pick up the vehicle, I was notified the tire tread did not pass Toyota's stands. Fine. I was given the option of new all seasons or winters and rims. I chose winters. However, minutes after I drove off the lot, the PSI light came on. I notified my sales person immediately and he said to bring it into my local dealership in Nelson, BC and they would fix it. The nelson dealership was AMAZING. They said the tires didn't have the sensors to call the Edmonton dealership to get them to agree to fix it and they would install them for free. After NINE attempts, yes nine...I couldn't get a call back from the Edmonton dealership. So I went to the Toyota Canada chat website and got the emails necessary. I emailed several people at the dealership and finally got a call back from the Used Car Mgr, Cody, who basically said he would not spend the $320 to make the situation right. Wow! I paid almost $60K, and did not negotiate. What a contrast to my local dealer. I am a loyal Toyota customer but if you want service, go to a different dealership. read more

I had a very positive experience looking at used vehicle with Eli, although most had smashed windshields and didn't run like they had been mechanically inspected and reconditioned for sale. I made an appointment to drive a couple of vehicles in the evening, but when I arrived to do that, I was advised that I need to give a credit card number first! Now, I'm 49 years old and I've been buying vehicles for longer than most of the staff there have been alive - I've never had to provide a credit card to drive a vehicle I want to buy. Had a car brought over to another dealership from Toyota on the Trail as Norden VW would give me more for my trade in. The inspection stated the tires were 60%. Norden reported them at 40%. I went with another dealership that was not a GO Auto and the reported the tires at 30%. The technician at Toyota pushed this car through the inspections. Long story short I left a message with reception for the General Manager to return my call. Never received a call back, big surprise. ZERO stars Hi Nicole, thank you for your reply. It would be nice to see accurate percentages on the original inspection. 30% is a far cry from 60%. In the end you guys got your money so why would anyone expect a call back from the Manager. This Dealership is poorly run. They have a new 2022 Toyota Tundra on the website and the ad explicitly says it isn't for sale. Obviously this would be to allow more people the opportunity to come down and see and feel the new generation of Tundra. So I drive down there and the dopey sales manager apparently sent it home as a loaner with two hours left before closing. Now I have nothing to see. This isn't the first time this dealership has done dumb things. They are famous for buying used vehicles with lots of accidents so be sure to check your carfax reports. I think they use the gong at the entrance every time they do something dumb. I don't recommend giving your business to these yahoos. What a gong show. So frustrating. Dealt with the guy by the name of Nolan.. super pushy and wanted us to sign papers before we even made a decision. He made my family feel uncomfortable with his sales tactics; and the way he would stare at us for intimidation blankly for seconds after we didnt agree with his offers again made us uncomfortable, and we felt he was going to attack us after staring at us. Nolan, we are not going to sign anything, or promise you anything without making sure it is the RIGHT decision for us. If you are going to buy a vehicle, please do not purchase from Nolan. He needs an attitude adjustment and the kicker of all this is that we just met this guy and within half n hour all this happened. We explained to Nolan how we felt and he seems too big headed to even give us an apology. Buying a car should be enjoyable, the sales rep should earn your business. I understand COVID has hit hard for many people, but Nolan, this does not excuse your unprofessional nature and your AGRESSIVENESS to close a deal. I purchased a 2014 RAV4 on a Saturday. I paid total. The following Monday I had winter tires installed and on Tuesday a block heater. During that installation, a coolant leak and an oil leak at the timing cover were found. Toyota acknowledged they missed this at inspection but refused to make a repair. They said they'd buy the car back. That would require me to rent a replacement while I found another car and I'd lose on the tires and block heater. No compromise was offered. Sales manager was arrogant. Not consumer friendly. I will never return to this dealership - despite its convenience to my home. Also - the tire key was missing and the glove box latch was broken. bought a new 2023 rav4 spent a good 50k (+crazy interest). I was told that the vehicle would be serviced and that they had loaners. I'm working hours away out of town at a 9-5 mon-friday job. You should probably know that this is basically their only service hours if you need work done. The hours are out of their control whatever. what's annoying for me though is that I tried bring my vehicle to get serviced when I was in town last but they REFUSED me. I explained that I'm not in town very often with my work schedule but the lady talking to me said my kms werent high enough for them to accept my vehicle for maintenance servicing ?? I was told to bring it in at 15,000km. Fast forward I get an alert on my vehicle saying that I need to bring it in for servicing now (I'm approximately 8000kms), thankfully I happen to be in town for an appointment and I explained this to them, and inquired about the loaner vehicles and told them I'm back in town next week (which is the soonest that they can get me in). I explained that I leave for a flight and I literally won't have the time to take my vehicle then and I asked if I can leave it now and use the loaner. (The reason why I thought this would be an option was because my friend has had a loaner from her dealership for awhile while her vehicle had to stay in shop, never hurts to ask especially since I was informed that they had them). Well the lady talking to me says "we only let people use them for A DAY". VERY IMPORTANT to note if youre buying a vehicle from these guys. Makes me wonder what people do when their vehicles need work. In addition to this, I explained that I didn't want to be held liable for pushing the kms when they wouldn't take me in sooner when I was in town ?? now I have to add a lot more kms to get home, then much more to get back when they can finally get me in ?? I was told that they can't be liable because I would be driving when my vehicle needs to be serviced?? I tried to book servicing when I was in town last?? So, basically they won't take you when you know you need work done -- they'll wait until you REALLY need work but if you can't work with their schedule it's too bad so bad you're held liable. Pretty shady business practice. I even explained when I was in town last that I didn't feel comfortable pushing the kms that far and that I don't come to town much during the week with my work schedule. If you're working out of town I would stay away. I wish I took the review's seriously when I purchased my NEW suv. maintenance is just as important as the purchased and this place is not it, you should deal with people who care about your concerns and respect your time. read more

I've ended up here several times over the last year, though no repeat visit has been the fault of the business. The interior is clean and spacious. The garage is cleaner than I would expect. Service has ranged from good to great. The first time was because we could not remove our old license plate. Naturally, it was bolted into the entire back of the car. We made a surprise call and they booked us at last notice on the same day. They had the job done within a half hour. Much appreciated! The second visit was for a full car service - inspection, tire replacement, and full service. I was shuttled to work and back to the garage at no charge. During the course of my service, the cost doubled. This was not great. However, the garage did call ahead, inform me of the changes and prices they wanted to make, and waited for my agreement to make the changes. My car was washed after each service. In short, they've provided great service on several occasions. The only downside in my opinion is that the garage is awkward to reach if you're driving south down Calgary Trail. read more

I bought my 2015 4Runner from Toyota on the Trail earlier this year. I like the car but the whole experience has been horrible. Initially when I bought the car the sales person told me I needed to pay for window etching, I told him I did not want this and then he indicated it had already been completed so I would have to pay for it. I told him that it is against AMVIC to charge someone for this once they have turned it down and somehow the etching hadn't been completed and I didn't have to pay for it. Next the TPMS light was on during our test drive and the sales person (Yuri) told me it was because the rims on the car weren't original and weren't compatible with the TPM system and he wasn't able to turn the light off. I'm not an expert so I took his word for it, at the end of the day it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I took my car in for service at Heniger Toyota recently and they told me that the light was on because the TPMS sensor was broken in one tire. Feels good to be lied to... Hopefully nothing else is wrong with my car they that left out during the sale process. I reached out to Toyota on the Trail about this and they said there was nothing they would do, even though there sales person lied to me about the TPMS. Honestly, I don't care about the cost of fixing this it's more just the sales mentality of this dealer ship. They lied, I bought it and now it's my problem. I would strongly recommend against buying a used car here. The whole process was shady and has left me with an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. The worst dealership experience. I went inside the dealership wanting to see a used car and the salesman sat me down and started talking about finances before he would show me the car. He told me that I can ONLY do financing. I told him that I would pay with a certified cheque and that I would wait for the cheque to clear before picking up the car. The salesman went to "talk" to the manager, came back and told me that I was NOT allow to see the car and that they were not going to sell the car to me with a certified cheque. We drove 5 hours to purchase a used car from them. We had told them we were coming with bank draft, and had vehicle insured- as we were driving they told us car would not be ready. We agreed to have it delivered to us. We got to the dealership- fan in car not working properly - would have been extra 1500.00. Then they said might not be able to deliver by original date ....but within next 2 weeks... January 28, 2023 Horrible customer service from this dealership, sales manager Raymond talks down to customers, not even sure how he is even a sales manager when he doesn't even know what he is even talking about yet he goes on like he does. They cancel my deal due to reaching out to Toyota Canada about the status of my vehicle, and dealer fees that Toyota Canada posted on their website which is now forced onto the customer when I wasn't paying for it before. They claim I'm not happy with a so called "friends and family" deal, sorry but you only got my deposit and gave me that deal because you were up against 2 other dealers that were offering the SAME deal. If you want happy customers to purchase vehicles from you than practice what you preach. My deposit is 100% fully refundable, don't make it seem like you were doin anyone any favours. If you don't believe it, then maybe you yourself should read your own contracts and stipulations. My deal what for a 2022 RAV4 hybrid, you didn't deliver, but nice try. Toyota on the Trail is biggest liers including finance department and sales department.I bought toyota care extension and inside dirty painting protection for $900 last year. The finance advisor whose name is Samantha told me that including winter tire swap and inside dirty cleaning for free. When I came for season tires swap, they said it is not free. I was trying to talk to finance advisor and they said that she is gone and the sales said he can not do anything even though he asked the finance advisor before and the finance advisor told him for free.The sales said they are different department, so he can not talk to the finance manager. Do not come to buy any car, because the finance advisor will lie to you for their commission and do not trust the sales, because even though they tell you it is true, but is is not. If you ask the sales to prove it, they will say that I do not know, the finance advisor lie to me. First time to see the cheating dealership in Edmonton. Talked to the finance manager. He said the the finance advisor is gone, so nothing can do. Again No Trusting the Sales, No Trusting the finance advisor and No Trusting this dealership. By far the worst car shopping experience ever, being a professional financial accountant, I realized that the monthly payment figures doesn't add up with the agreed sales price .. they refused to give me a breakdown of their calculations, but I was able to figure out that they added more than $2,000 on top of the price, their explanation was that this is GST where I was (LEASING and not buying) noting that GST on the product is payable by the owner (in this case Toyota Credit) and not by the (leasor), a leasor only pays GST on the lease payment which is calculated base on the (Net of tax) sales price!! And if that wasn't bad enough, their finance department missed up my lease application so bad that Toyota credit asked for a Co-signer where I was paying 54% of the total lease value up front. After beating around the bush for 3 weeks I withdrew my deposit and got approved by another dealership with a better price and without a co-signer in 2 days !! Avoid this place if you care about your hard earned money!! read more

OK. I admit I was only car shopping but understand- I hate car shopping. Been to about 15-20 and nobody was pleasant or easy to talk to without the typical tactics. Toyota on the trail was different. I immediately felt comfortable with the sales guy. He listened and looked things up, went into detail about any questions I had while not making me feel stupid. I believe it's called Respect?? For now, know this.... from the finance manager to sales and the actual car itself (check engine light came on BEFORE even driving off the lot) - purchasing a vehicle from this dealership has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had! UPDATE - As consumers seeking to purchase a vehicle, we are all hoping to interact with honest, trustworthy and ethical dealership employees. THIS DEALERSHIP OFFERS NONE OF THESE VIRTUES!!!! Instead of going into extreme detail about how this car buying experience was egregious and deplorable, I'll cut right to the point: IF YOU CHOOSE TO WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP - DO SO WITH EXTREME VIGILANCE!! From the 'Anti-thief Etch' fee they try to pawn off as a must pay (YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY IT - SAME WITH THE AMVIC FEE), to the incredibly shady and deceitful financial manager (Phadey Zakkour - who actually lied to my face about the content in a form which he wanted me to sign), to the car salesman (Jack) who completely disappeared once I started having engine problems - EVERY ASPECT OF MY EXPERIENCE WAS DEPLORABLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A VEHICLE!! They are unscrupulous and their dealings are coercive. They had a 2023 black Tundra SR5 crewcab advertised for $62, 998. I called to enquire about the truck as I wanted to purchase it by paying cash. I spoke to Bobby Singh a product advisor (salesman) on the morning of Dec 10, 2023. He wanted me to give them a $10,000 retainer with the purchase of the truck. Since when did dealerships start doing this? I asked him why he required the retainer. He told me the retainer was to prevent people from selling vehicles. He also told me I would get the retainer back after I brought the truck back to them for service. Doesn't this sound like black mail?? Since when did dealerships start doing this? I have been buying new Toyota vehicles since 1989 and have never had to do this. He also added on an extended warranty and a tire warranty (Extra Care Tire Protection) that I would have to pay in the price of the truck. These were non negotiable!! Extra warranties/extra protection are usually offered to the consumer to purchase. They are not forced on the consumer to purchase in order to buy the vehicle. THIS IS SO WRONG!! I am so happy I never proceeded to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Totally unbelieveable!! I think Toyota makes very good vehicles. They do not need dealerships like this to tarnish their reputation. So Sad!! I have referred this to the Better Business Bureau which I hope will investigate this. read more

Brutal service. After some deception and and b.s. from the sales guy, they absolutely low-balled us on our potential trade in (we later sold it for double what they offered), we had enough and went to leave. Asked for our keys (we had given them to them to do an appraisal) and they refused to give them to us; I had to ask a dozen times to get my keys back. They were holding them ransom until we answered their questions. Are you serious? How about if I ask for my keys, you give me the bloody keys. Unreal. Your service sucks and you insulted us with a low-ball offer and you have the balls to not give us our keys when we have had enough? My experience there defines the very reason why people do not like car dealerships. Always a haggle, always some bullshit, and do not have the customers best interest in mind. I love my Toyota, best new car I have ever purchase. Getting our Toyotas serviced properly without getting gouged and lied to about pricing from the service advisors is truly upsetting. The worst part is I called Toyota Canada to report the shady operations at this dealership and they said they cant help me as that is a dealership issue and they are independently owned. This absolutely floored me that they are representing Toyota ( a great product) in such a poor manor. When I look for my next new vehicle I will have to look at other car companies because of the lack of professionalism and the way I was ripped off from this Toyota dealership. My Toyota needs some new repairs now and I was looking for a different dealership to book it in, I thought I would read reviews this time and I see all Toyota dealerships in Edmonton have the same poor reviews, I am taking my car to an independent shop for these repairs as I am tired of the lies and run around from these dealers. Too bad Toyota you make a great product but you company is being misrepresented by the dealers you are allowing to carry your products. read more

the salesman misrepresented what is a mandatory fee on the bill of sale; $699 was mandatory not optional - very sad to say I believed him; when I began doing some of my own investigation I learned it was not mandatory - so a customer is lied to; perhaps this is just their normal course of how they do business as management did not see the seriousness of this at all. I have no intention of doing business with this organization or any go auto dealer at any time. I suggest you stay away. read more

Love Toyota vehicles, have been a lifetime driver, but not satisfied with this dealership's service at all. We got so low balled on our trade-in that we decided to keep the old car rather than let it go at the price they were offering. The salesperson was not well informed about the lease conditions and could not answer our questions properly. There were a lot of false information given to us by the salesperson that turned into bad surprises and arguments during the contract signing with the finance manager. The contract contained several errors and had to be corrected twice, and this is just what I spotted. So many red flags, should have walked out while I had the chance. Also, service appointments were to be credited as part of the deal and turns out this was left out of our file and we'll have to pay out of pocket. Appointment times and delays are not respected. So this gift keeps on giving. Every interaction I had with these people is slow and painful, parsed with miscommunication and misinformation, and leaves me feeling very devalued and angry as a customer. Looking forward to finishing this lease and moving on to another dealership, or brand if I have to, although I'm dreading the final bill, because they'll probably find something else to nickle and dime me.
