They helped me when I was struggling with my reservation online and thank goodness I was so lost lol Spencer was really awesome I showed him the rental I was trying to reserve and the rate but unfortunately it was not at their location but I wanted a SUV so he was able to get me into a great one and matched the rate I tried to reserve online! They checked in on me and kept communication open and easy. I really appreciated the time and on the day of return, Drea helped me close out. My insurance was acting wonky on my end but she was very patient and waited for my paperwork to come through. Getting into a accident and having my car out of commission was pretty stressful but Spencer and Drea was really awesome and helped relieve it by getting me back on the road till my baby was fixed up and ready I couldn't thank them enough

We reserved one type of car and after getting to the location was told they did not have that car. However there was a black customer that came in way after we had been waiting and left with the luxury car we had booked and then another 30 Minutes passed before a white man helped us. If you are white, I'd avoid this racist facility. 3 separate occasions with the same nasty lady and zero help except from the compassionate nice white gentleman that works there. The black lady at the front is extremely derogatory, and rude despite us being polite and waiting for more than an hour when several (black) people walked in and were helped long before us. We aren't the only people that have had this issue at this facility. Our neighbors specifically had the same issue with the same lady last week. It's a continual problem that I hope is addressed. We frequently travel for our company and will be looking elsewhere in the future!

I even experienced a flat tire within an hour of leaving the location and thankfully with my added protection on the rental reservation, they were able to quickly replace the vehicle for me so I could be on my way to a timely appointment, with zero issues. The State of Florida recently switched their car rental agreement from one of the other big car…read morerental agencies to Enterprise / National. As this Enterprise location is the closest to me, off I went to get my car for a business trip that starts tomorrow. The first thing we noticed is that the rental facility is far nicer inside than I would have expected. Clean, lots of windows, well lit. Sets a nice tone. And the counter staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly processed my rental paperwork for me and we were walking to take a look at the car in under 10 minutes. When I saw that the car only had manual seat controls, I asked if there was something with electric controls (no, I am not a car-seat-control snob. I have a bad lower back and being able to adjust the seat while driving, especially in a rental, helps make sure I can minimize any lower back pain). The agent quickly looked at the other cars in the lot, saw one with electric controls, and switched my original car for that one. Great customer service! The car was a 2015 and clean (and when the cars were not clean, I saw that the desk agents would run out and take them to the car wash station themselves so that the new renter could quickly be on their way and not have to wait). The only reason I am not making this a 5 star review is because I want to see how the actual rental car is during my trip. I'll post an update when I get back.
