this agency sales people. show no interest in selling a car to you. very difficult to reach anyone in sales on the phone. no stock of hybrids, no prius 2023 for sale. cannot gove you a date when hybrids will be in stock. chat on line is robot chat that is not responsive. it appears they prefer you buy another brand of auto. read more

(This is my copied personal review from Google) We've been trying to sell our suburban to the Toyota Dealerahip for 2 days now. The first day we got a really low offer. We got a quote from Chevy that was higher than theirs, but they treated us so coldly that we decided to bring our business back to Toyota and ask them to match Chevy's offer. They said they maybe could but that they needed manager approval and the manager wasn't there. (At 5:00pm when supposedly he leaves at 6) They said we could meet with him the next day. (Today) We came back today at 9:45am and were told the manager still wasn't there. The manager never showed up at all. No one knows the answers to anything, so each question we ask goes through like four people. Long story short, we've been here two days in a row for hours waiting for an answer they knew we wouldn't get but kept us here anyway. We're pretty sure they never intended to give us a better deal, but rather were just wearing us down to take the lowball offer they gave us to begin with. It worked. After four hours just today of everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off, we're taking the money, leaving, and not coming back. read more
