They had the exact car I was looking for -- same color, year, make -- but even better: a bigger, nicer model with low miles and a great price. Jorge helped us through the process and made me and my husband feel confident and comfortable about our purchase. I explained my bad credit, but with a large down payment, they worked with me, showed me the interest rates from banks that approved me, and made everything smooth and transparent. They also included a 2-year warranty and assured me that if anything went wrong, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. In the end, Chris gave me comfort that the issue was going to be fixed properly and as expected it was. It is really hard now in days to find an honest, truthful, no hassle, customer-comes-first type of customer service in just any field of work.
