After barely five minutes of engagement, he waved me off to another part of the store when I asked about silver chains. We stood awkwardly for nearly 20 minutes--no one acknowledged us, and it turned out we needed to pull a new number to get help. Meanwhile, I was fully prepared to make significant purchases. This review isn't about a single rude encounter--it's about how easily a brand can lose loyalty when they fail to deliver consistent respect and care. I'm giving Maloof two stars solely out of respect for their earlier excellence. But I won't return. If this business wants to remain relevant with a new generation of buyers, it needs to rethink who's representing it. A moment that should've been joyful was soured by apathetic service.
