Communication was great throughout the project and was completed in the timeframe they gave me. From the contractors they brought in to the (bearded) builders who did the majority of the work to the management and office staff, the entire process was smooth and left me without doubt the work was being done correctly with quality craftsmanship. While most will find Bearded Builders are certainly not the cheapest option out there for home remodel projects, by the time they're finished you realize you get what you pay for with a 5-year warranty to boot. Hopefully I'll win the lottery so I can hire them to them overhaul my kitchen next.

As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. In my experience most contractors won't do that kind of thing.

He gives great recommendations and you can be assured your landscape will do well if you listen. He has a great crew that works for him; they are very respectful and considerate. They just removed a mulberry tree near the fence line for us as well as the stump and they did a super job for a very good price. When doing the stump removal, they also ground and took out a large root that extended under the fence into the neighbor's yard so our neighbors are happy, too. They added soil and seed when finished and it really looks quite perfect. During an earlier visit last spring, they trimmed a pyramidal oak, a tri-colored beech, an elm, a prairie fire crabapple, and a seven son's tree. They all look very healthy and our yard feels like a real showcase now. Thank you, Joel, Luke, Brandon, and Jake!
