Where do I began, the first time I called Lemly's Automotive was September 14th, where I was…read moreanswered by a young lady who was quite rude. I asked about a turbo replacement and stated I had a warranty, maybe that was the wrong term to use because the young lady added to say "we have too much trouble with warranties," I ignored her comment and went on to ask if this job was done at their facility. She stated yes and to email her my diagnostic information I had completed from Land Rover, I also added my warranties information. I sent the email that day, a couple of days went by no response. I called back several days later and the young lady answered again stating that she never really used their email, but she would check, she stated she received the email and would get back with me the following day. It is now September 28th and I have left numerous voicemails with not one call back. What kind of professional business ignores or doesn't answer calls? To think I was actually recommended to you by another auto shop in the area. Extremely poor customer service and lack of concern for customers. If you want someone who has excellent customer service and treats their customers with respect I would recommend you go elsewhere.
