She was extremely diligent in communicating with us during the planning process, and the actual day of the wedding, to ensure that she knew exactly what we wanted in terms of the photography and videography. There was an aggressive tone about a willingness to litigate for improper use of studio images and a push to create a large media package. I believe they sent a "B" team for my event as it did not warrant their attention. When all was said and done I had a few nice photos and never received the album I had paid for in my "package". When I contacted the studio I was told it was sent. It was never received and they offered me the opportunity to purchase all of the images instead. I would not recommend this company for special occasions.
