Bill, the owner, told me he wants to make a profit on us moving out. He is billing us $850 for a broken window which we never broke. There is a pea size hole in the glass. He wants to charge us for cleaning the carpet that had no stains and was in good condition. He wants us to pay for the painting of the walls because he does not like the color. I've agreed to lose my security deposit of $650 and pay an extra $703 just to get out. He keeps coming up with things and he is holding our furniture (5 desks, chairs, etc.) as ransom. He won't let the movers take the furniture. Bill is nice when you move in but when you try to move out he is very unprofessional and there should be an investigation on him. I'm sure he gives every tenant a hard time when they move out. This issue has been going on for over 30 days. I want my furniture and to move on with my life. Watch out for Camelot Realty - seem nice when you move in but good luck trying to get out without paying absurd charges so they can make a big profit.

I was the buyer for a home, and my real estate agent, Jeremy Fouse, simply forgot to contact the…read moresellers to have the closing day pushed back. An extension was common knowledge to the sellers, the selling agent, my agent, and myself considering the amount of repairs that were necessary and up for negotiation. The selling agent tried contacting my agent twice within the final four days before closing (October 16th). Since my agent did not respond, the sellers cancelled the contract and sold the home to a different buyer. I was not informed about this or the fact that the selling agent was trying to have me sign a cancellation agreement until October 25th! My agent really dropped the ball, and through no fault of my own I had the money I spent on inspections and an appraisal swept out from under me. I'm looking to have my agent reimburse me for the $815 that I spent on the inspections and appraisal, but he refuses to pay a dime.
