I have never been left in the waiting room for a long time. Once, they doctor was running a few minutes behind because of an unexpected something or other, and the nurse actually came back and told me that she was running behind. What a concept!! There are so many doctors that will just leave you sitting for who knows how long and then the doctor just walks in like nothing happened...that doesn't occur here. 3. The staff is so friendly! 4. On site medical lab for bloodwork. 5. Great referral network for specialists. 6. Easy parking. 7. Close to where I live. 8. Scheduling flexibility. I have been really pleased with Trexlertown Medical, being new in town I am very fortunate to have gotten so lucky on my first attempt at finding a doctor.

Also, since it was close to closing, there was no one waiting so luckily got in right away. The nurse was very nice and concerned about how I was feeling as well as the Dr. He was very thorough, didn't rush me, explained the medications he was giving me and told me he was writing them out since it was late, I can try somewhere that was still open to get them filled. I knew it wasn't because a) we've had this insurance for a while and b) we've used this insurance for other doctors successfully. I even logged onto my insurance information and verified the information was up to date and accurate. I could've paid out of pocket, however, we were there for a sports injury and I wasn't paying out of pocket, when I know we are insured. Also, while we were there, two different people came in for COVID tests. Everyone is waiting in the same waiting room. They really should take measures to have COVID patients wait in the car until they can be seen. I ended up going to St Luke's Urgent Care....
