Even getting the report required repeated requests. She promised it by the end of the day on June 5. After I followed up again, she sent a draft on June 8 and said her investigators had not yet reviewed it for accuracy. She did provide some updates and report investigative work. I understand that finding someone isn't guaranteed. But returning promised calls, keeping me informed, and explaining where my case stood were reasonable expectations. Eventually, communication stopped altogether. To this day, I have received no further response or explanation that she was closing my case or could no longer help.
