Unfortunately, I've developed some anxiety issues over having my own business. I was told about Traci some time ago but never really took hypnotherapy seriously. I have suffered with frequent migraines for over 30 years and tried (I thought) everything to prevent them. Nothing ever helped until last spring when my doctor recommended that I try hypnosis with Traci. I had a total of 8 sessions over a period of a few months. I had migraines roughly every other day. Since starting hypnosis therapy, the migraines have been reduced to 2-3 per MONTH. This is phenomenal! It is a life-changing event for me. I have been battling issues of social phobia and anger for more than a decade and it's progressively getting worse. I tried multiple self help approaches including working out hard to over indulgences. I have also seen experienced psychologists and psychiatrist over years (was on meds for several months to get through the really rough times), they helped to numb the pain but never really resolve the issues. Symptoms of rage and frustration relapse from time to time really take a toll on me and I have had enough. I really need help and need it fast before the baggage got too heavy to carry on. Found the positive reviews in Yelp, decided to give it a shot. I had been hypnotized before so I know what to expect. First session we went through some of the issues I want to be addressed. During the session, I was fully conscious. We had several suggestions prepared on the spot. I didn't think it would work. I was really exhausted and numbed for the rest of the day. I thought it may have something to do with not sleeping well the night before. The following morning I felt completely refreshed and total awareness. I was able to isolate all emotions and to listen, to hear, and to feel every little simple experiences encountered. We were making great progress with second and third sessions. I had a major relapse and returned for the fourth sessions. She tried some other way which it didn't seem to work at the time. I guess different people reacts to hypnosis differently, my reaction to the treatment seems to delay and kick in after one or more days later. Two days after the 4th session, I was driving an hour to the beach on an early Sunday am listening to a program for an hour about compassion and suffering. After we got to the beach, I was able to slip into an immersive meditative zen state. My girlfriend thought I took something and she was seriously concerned. During that time, I was totally calm, conscious, and focused. I have never experienced such calmness and clarity in my entire adulthood. I was able to drift in and out of the state. The experience lasted for about 8 hours. I was completely relaxed and relieved, and was extremely hungry after the experience. I don't think my issues have been completly resolved, but I am off to a good start. Traci gave me the tools to "reprogram" my mindset, I am forever grateful for all she has done for me, and looking forward to future sessions. read more

I came to Traci as a last resort to help me manage a chronic cough that I've dealt with for almost 14 years. I saw and was treated by many specialists who basically tried treating only the symptoms, nothing worked. I knew that my problem would not be solved overnight. It took time and patience, and a few weeks after I stopped the hypnosis sessions I realized that my cough greatly diminished in duration and also became less frequent.
