I think this is expected when renting, so I wasn't too let down about it. One of our tables came broken, so I called the delivery driver around 20 minutes after drop-off. He was extremely helpful and turned right around to deliver us a new table. If the quality is so-so, the excellent service makes up for that. I'd definitely rent from them again.
