Spoke to them and was told they would look into it and get back to me on two different occasions, never received a return phone call. I had to rent another machine for another project so I asked since I paid for delivery and rental for the last machine which Had issues could they work with me and take away at least the delivery fee on the new rental. They said no but they hadn't rented out the brush hog since I had it and the owner was going to take it home that weekend to test it out and they would get back to me. Yet another unreturned phone call, so I called and naturally since I had paid full price for both rentals they said there's no issue with the machine and they have rented it out twice since I had it. So they hadn't rented it out in two weeks previous, but suddenly after I paid for both rentals in full, they rented it twice on a Tuesday and a Wednesday and said there's nothing they can do and they are sorry. So I would recommend putting these rentals on a credit card where you can dispute charges. I paid on a debit card and will never do that with this company again. So renter beware, pay on a credit card, and know that if you have an issue with a machine you WILL not receive a call back, and they will make excuses why there was nothing wrong with the machine and will not work with you on even a partial refund or discount.

While my son did enjoy the class, I would certainly not pay $45 for what was basically him frosting a cupcake and putting teeny pieces of fondant on top. While it was great to have some girl time with my friends the actual craft was pretty lame. We essentially slapped some lettuce onto a styrophoam wring and used toothpicks to place about 5 cherry tomatoes on top. The topiary was a joke , we were only provided enough supplies to cover one quarter of the topiary. I would not recommend this place unless the prices were much less or the quality and quantity of supplies were better. I mean, after all, shouldn't you have enough supplies to actually finish the craft? Seems like kindergarten basics to me!
