Top Golf is self-insured, and if they pay for the damage, it's very difficult to get a decent settlement. It took endless emails, estimates, and conversations with their "loss management" department to get me car repaired. If this is the way they operate for that kind of loss, what would happen if a customer was injured while visiting a Top Golf facility? I recommend going to a relatively safe restaurant or bar, and leaving your golfing to a driving range or Golf course. I've been a golfer for a long time. But, I want no part of an establishment that treats people the way Top Golf does if there's a problem. Top Golf is owned by Callaway. I may even sell my Callaway clubs due to Top Golf's management practices.

You can tell a lot of effort went into creating the course, and it was fun for both kids and adults. The 18-hole course took us a while to finish, so we definitely felt like we got a good amount of entertainment and were tired by the end. While I do think the admission price is a little expensive, the overall experience made it worth it. The course was clean and well maintained, and I also noticed that parts of it were handicap accessible, which is a nice feature. Overall, I'd recommend Pirate's Cove if you're looking for a fun activity in the area. The price is my only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I get so aggravated that the winter specials end, before the busy season even starts! We were the only ones there and basically the only ones anywhere in sight! You would think they would keep the prices down for locals as long as they could, not true for this place, nor many others in the area. Can't understand why businesses don't wait until next week, after Memorial Day, when all the schools get out for summer session and it's more crowded and busy. Guess the owner also thinks they have to charge more to pay for the upgrade in the establishment. They've recently glassed in the porch area and seemed to have made some other changes. There is no telling how much gets stolen out of that place. Not one person is inside the little prize room. All those employees are crowded around the register area flirting and cutting up. While one maybe two if lucky is helping customers that was lucky enough to make it through the employee's and other customer standing around not knowing wth to do. Only to get up there and have to wait till they stop chatting with all the others to help you. Only to give u the wrong amount because they are to distracted to actual do the job and pay attention. They never give you a bag, there's no way people dont just grab a prize and walkout. Its crazy how its consistently like that every time we go. They got to be losing merchandise because not one of those working can do anything when they are distracted and playing.

This was the only request my hub made for his birthday, but it was clear we were not going to be able to eat. So we spent a little time in the arcade trying to salvage the outing while we decided on somewhere else to go for dinner. Shamefully horrible service (well, NO service). It's also a shame I have to leave even one star.
