I've noticed that the women's section is full of OLD LADY clothes and you can't hardly find nice work wear for 30-40 age randge the uniors department has gotten smaller and smaller and the men's section is basically non-existent unless you're looking for sweatpants. They recently redid the shoe department and the aisles are so small that it's impossible to shop if someone else is in the same aisle. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. After doing a quick search on Yelp I discovered that there was a TJ Maxx about two miles away. I was in luck, shopping here I come. I arrived to find this location of TJ Maxx in a shopping complex and easily found a parking spot. I grabbed a cart and made my usual loop around the store. One of the first things I noticed was how happy all the employees were. They were rather joyful, and it put a big smile on my face. I ended up finding a beautiful Two Faced makeup palette (I'm obsessed) and two beautiful sweaters. Check out was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this TJ Maxx store again. Clean, organized, friendly staff, everything you'd want in a shopping experience.

From there, I look at jewelry, hair products, shoes, and then slow down the pace while checking things out in the home department. Who doesn't love looking at sheets, towels, art, jars, frames, candles, etc? TJM is mecca of all things good and tempting, just like Target but in a more exciting way because you just never know what you're going to find!

The Employee, who is obviously on break on my side of the counter, looked at me like oh my God she isn't addressing you were helping you my thoughts exactly I thought we conveyed that with our eye contact. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but apparently there wasn't one available only a service coordinator. When I spoke to him about Xavier W sitting on his phone instead of working and they're paying for that and I told him about the bathroom he seemed completely not bothered by it and just went on with his regular tasks. Some heads need to spin at the store so they can have better customer service. The prices are actually quite high here and when that goes along with poor Customer Service, I see no reason to really ever come back to the store again. I want to add I ran into Danielle P and the ladies department because I needed some questions answered regarding clothing and dressing, rooms, etc. she was amazing. Super kind and friendly. Around the holidays they also have some good sales and their prices are good. Turkey, ham, hamburgers, hot dogs. All holidays through the year. They also have clothes, shoes, pet supplies. Again. I said so and the black haired lady said I had to do it. Timothy agreed. I am taking back my kohls items to there. Both of them should be fired as their treatment and attitude was terrible.
