When you walk in, you're greeted with a nice, comfy and humble abode, which, although it is an old building, it is kept clean. To your left, there are guinea pigs, and to your right, are turtles (if you're lucky). The owner has a lovely pair of macaws, and they just hang around their cage, which is in the middle-right side, next to the assortment of various dog and cat items. She used to have a lot of reptiles for sale, but they're just empty, due to her trying to prioritize other animals. However, she sells a lovely assortment of mice, rats, and maybe rabbits, but I can't remember. While she sells birds, she doesn't have a whole lot, like how Petco or Petsmart would, but they're less noisy. To me, I feel like she puts a lot of her time and energy into the fish section. Yes, it does look unkept, but that's just the algae (as many fish love algae), and overall old, but, to me, it is in great condition, and there are fish species that you wouldn't find anywhere else. The first time I came in, I was surprised to see kittens running around, but I think it's good that they have the open space, and the owner keeps an eye on them 24/7. She partners with local pet rescues, and every once in a while, she'll have some lovely animals for adoption.

But when we walked in the entire store REEKED…read more Theres dust on the "chandelier" anything on the shelf looks like it had been in a dirt storm, The floor is nasty, there were sections missing tile near the fish tanks, the fish tanks were filthy, a few of the bagged fish were dead on the ground, some of the mice were boxed and sitting on the fish, cob webs above the tanks, went to look at a cute ferret hammock and a roach crawled out of it, several other roaches were squished on the floor, & There were 4 baby kittens running around. Naturally as an animal lover I picked one of the babies up and he was the absolute sweetest. Immediately noticed his dirty ears and multitude of fleas. The owner told us he was for sale for $199 and that included his first set of shots. When we asked if he would receive a flea bath as well due to the copious amount of fleas crawling on that baby she tried to deny he had them upon pointing them out she quickly changed her mind and said they'd give him a pill for it. If I had $800 I would have taken every one of those kittens to get them out of the FILTH they're currently in.

While in boarding Jennifer had the opportunity to work on his social skills and allowed him to run free in the office and now he can get close to other dogs and do the sniffing and kissing without howling or barking. In regards to the facility I can say that it meets my expectations about a business of this kind, well organized and with additional services like pet grooming and more. Daniel was a life saver when it came to our sweet girl Piper! We rescued Piper in November of 2025…read more As she became more comfortable and adjusted in our house, she became more territorial. We tried different training techniques, research, and after months of nothing truly addressing the aggressive - territorial behavior, we knew we needed help. She was scaring people when they would come into our home. Putting her in another room (even in her kennel which is her safe space) made her become destructive and worsened her anxiety. Lorenzo's training style is much more than just obedience. It is about training your dog to have confidence in you and to respect you as the leader. Daniel educated us about what was driving Piper's behavior, what her body language means and what she is communicating when she behaves a certain way. He was incredibly patient and thorough with his teaching to my husband and me. He explained everything to us and ensured we were comfortable and understanding of the training techniques. We saw improvement in Piper in just one session. We had three more sessions with Daniel before she boarded with him. Piper now is confident instead of anxious, listens readily, and is substantially less anxious/aggressive when people come into the house and they get to see how loving our Piper girl is. We have one more session with Daniel and we have already seen such a drastic and incredible improvement! The hardest part of the training is training ourselves to be consistent. Daniel truly made an incredible difference for her and taught us skills that will help keep Piper and others safe. Daniel has a deep passion and love for dogs, and we are so glad we worked with him!

The owner is a very understanding person but they only train through extreme harsh treatments your…read moredog will suffer soft tissue damage to their neck My vet said that my dog was sick having damage done to his hips where he was being pushed as hard as he could to sit instead of teaching him to sit without hurting them off least training is all about extreme pain they believe in shock collars turned up as high as they go and these came out of him and his partners mouth that I would never have a well-trained dog but I would only have a glorified pet My German Shepherd is only 4 months old He's doing very well but at the same time like a toddler they're going to test your limits you can teach them without torturing them as a person that grew up with abuse I can tell you I don't respect them I despise them your dog may do what they're told because they don't want to suffer pain but that's not the same as loving and respecting you five star dog trainer has showed me in two training sessions complete off leash training and not once has she had to hurt my dogs they immediately do what she or I ask without one bit of pain I tried to show him these techniques he then put him on a leash and immediately jerked his neck causing my dog to yelp and extreme pain truthfully I think he enjoys it I wouldn't recommend him unless you don't care about your dog. I was made to feel like I was uneducated because I wouldn't abuse my dog to teach him he grew up in a house where my grandmother raised Scottish terriers And we were never allowed to hit them yell at them or anything and they won lots of dog shows had lots of ribbons and lots of points but these people will bully you and it's about the money for them for eight sessions for over $2,500 I was supposed to get on and off lease training I had no idea it was going to be through pain and suffering five star for two dogs off leash training and teaching my rescue dog my other dog that's a rescue to get over her fear in public not once has she ever heard him and never made me feel bad or uneducated my values just on the line with dog abuse.
