Aubrey was most helpful in guiding me through the wild bird food according to my daily visitors and even selecting a squirrel feeder to distract them from the bird and chipmunk feeders. Yes, indeed all great and small if they come to my home are well fed and given fresh water. I found that buying bird food in bulk was less expensive than online although when I catch peanuts on sale at Giant eagle, it is actually a better bargain there than here. It is a small space so a line forms quickly, but they take care of their customers with very little wait. Parking is also limited, but no worries, most everyone who walked in the door already knew what they wanted so parking turns over at the blink of an eye. If you love your feathered and furry friends, stop in here for all of your needs.

We were completely satisfied. After my fiancée dropped off her engagement ring, Brian created and sent us a picture of a wax model of a band. We loved it, and told him to go ahead with the project. When I finally visited the shop to see the model and pick up her engagement ring, Brian told us he cleaned the ring and had to reset some of the diamonds that came loose (free of charge). While in the shop, I spotted a white gold band I liked and decided to purchase it as my wedding band. When we returned to pick up the final wedding bands, Brian admitted that he has been busy and forgot about my wedding band, sincerely apologized, and said he would work on it immediately and overnight it (we were located in Pittsburgh in the spring but were driving in from about two hours away). I told him that would be just fine as we had plenty of time. He also offered to shine my fiancée's engagement ring to match the luster of her new wedding band and said it'd take about 30 minutes. We said sure. Well, 30 or so minutes later he returned with her shined ring and, to my utter surprise, my wedding band! To me this displayed that Brian truly cares about his customers and carrying through on his commitments. Given the pandemic, we communicated with Brian mainly over email and phone. Brian was communicative and clear and accurate with pricing. But I also really enjoyed our two visits; Brian is super knowledgeable and nice to talk with. We would absolutely work with him again for jewelry work.

We started our ring search on Friday, April 28, 2023, and Jared was the third of the three stores that we visited that day. Nora was the sales person who helped us, and honestly, she could not have been any more amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and extraordinarily creative. We were looking for something really different, not your run of the mill engagement ring. I told Nora how much I loved Le Vian Jewelry. She told us that Jared was having a LeVian Trunk Show the following Monday, and she scheduled an appointment for us. We were both thrilled with the trunk show. Le Vian had so many incredibly beautiful and unusual rings! It was difficult for us to find any that we didn't like. It was wonderful to hear that Jared has access not only to their in-store diamond's, but to hundreds of additional diamonds. All of the stores that we went to had beautiful engagement rings, but Jared had something that the other stores didn't. They had someone who really cared and wanted to find the perfect ring for us. The staff is usually more professional and knowledgeable when it comes Pandora. They always have their own charm exclusive to them which is usually one of my favorite pieces in the collection. They hold charms for a longer time as well so past exclusives are still available. Unlike a concept store where you have to go to the exact store you purchased it at to obtain your refund in the form of payment you purchased it by Jared's allow you a 30 day return policy on their merchandise where you can return it to any location. On this particular visit I bought a charm and got an old Pandora promo item free as a gift with my purchase. I was pleased with my experience and am glad that they are not as crowded as the concept stores are when you need to purchase this line. They do carry other lines and normally they send out for watch batteries but for my purposes I am pleased with the Pandora jewelry they carry.
