She is now staying overnight at the emergency vet because this place does not care about animals. I have records that she was a healthy weight when I dropped her off and they returned her to me severely underweight and lethargic. I signed paperwork at drop off saying they would take action if there were any medical issues but they failed to live up to that. She clearly stopped eating at some point during their stay but they failed to notice something as basic as that. She looked visibly horrible when I brought her home. The people working here have to be either incredibly incompetent or just downright negligent. Now I'm just hoping my pet will survive all because they failed to pay any attention to them or take action.

They offer many types of training and certifications, as well as boarding, grooming, day care, a retail store, a water feature, fenced dog play areas, and walking trails on the property. They also have special events that are fun and "dog friendly." All of the staff and trainers are very professional, although I do prefer some personalities over others. I have participated in both classroom and private training sessions with a variety of instructors. I have never been talked down to or treated rudely, although I have been corrected on my technique. I use the day care regularly and have had nothing but good results with my dog's socialization skills improving. I think it is cowardly to hop on a review site and try to damage a business by leaving a one star review without giving a full picture of all the business has to offer, as well as taking into account the fact that maybe you interact more easily with specific personalities. The last thing I want to say is that I am no expert, but I have learned that dog training does require sometimes being stern while lovingly setting boundaries with my dog. I have been asked to be more consistent and react more quickly when my dog disobeys, but I have never taken the recommendations as a put down or rude. I am paying for training, which means training my dog, but also training me in how to get the best results in my situation.

He's rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional -- yelling at paying customers and making nasty, negative comments as if he's doing everyone a favor. I personally witnessed him at a pet store speaking to customers in a humiliating and disrespectful way. He also crammed around 20 dogs into a small store filled with toys and treats, which caused a fight to break out -- and he acted like he was above it all. The whole scene was chaotic, dangerous, and completely irresponsible. At one point, I even asked another person in the class who the trainer was because I couldn't believe this man's behavior. It was shocking and uncomfortable to watch. This owner clearly doesn't know how to train dogs or communicate with humans.
