We order our dog food from here. I always do curbside pickup. They text me when it is ready and they load it up. Makes life easier. You do have to be careful with curbside vs home delivery because if your local store is cheaper than the online price you will not get the cheaper price if you have it delivered to your home. Brought in an UNOPENED brand new item in perfect crispy brand new packaging that was purchased a month ago. This item can simply be scanned back in and put on the shelf and sold. Unfortunately, this store was unwilling to issue a return even with a receipt because their policy is no more than 30 days. I won't be returning to this business as they do not seem to care at all about customer retention. read more

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I like their selection of clothes, tools, animal food and little things to toss in the glove box.

Tractor Supply on Eisenhower Parkway has a new manager that treats her customers as if they work for her. I've shopped this Tractor Supply for years I know most of the employees here on sight not name. This person is new but not sure she'll be there to get old. Disrespectful and the customer is never right. I was at the register buying electric fence poles when the employee started ringing up my order, this new manager was standing there listening, the lady at register started ringing up my items and when she got to my poles and couldn't find the price. The new manager supposedly found it on one of the poles. The price at the pole location was a dollar and some odd change. These went up over a dollar to two dollar and some odd cents. I said wait a minute and myself and the new manager investigated I was right on the price. The new manager said the ones I got were in the wrong place. If merchandise is mislabeled who's at fault? The next day I returned a shirt that was to small and walked into the store this new manager asked me what I needed I told her exchange this shirt. She spoke up and said where's your receipt. Her tone of voice had a you didn't buy it here overtone about it. I took offense and said never mind I want a refund! She said she wasn't trying to be ugly I thought otherwise and handed my receipt and said I want my refund. I won't be returning! read more

My wife and myself visited this Tractor Suppy this past Wednesday to do some shopping. I went to the men's room and it had such a strong smell of urine that I almost gagged. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said that's a problem they constantly have no matter how much it's cleaned. I don't know their problem they do need to find a solution! read more
