I wish they had more of a selection of cat shampoo instead of limited selection to choose from when shampoo is needed that is hard to find elsewhere. Cassidy is always a helpful person when I come in to the store and ask for assistance. Cassidy always asked how the customer day is which is a nice thing to do when greeting a customer coming in and checking out and leaving the store. They have a lot of selections of pet food to choose from your dog or cat. Even dog beds, collars, harnesses, cat litter, cat litter boxes and live animals such as fish and others.

I stand there waiting on somebody to come from the back. Nobody comes. I pressed the little call button and I can see them through the window in the back. Still Nobody comes or acknowledges that I'm there. I walk out of the grooming salon to the cashier and ask Somebody go back there and tell them I'm standing here. They go back there and I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and my dog who already has anxiety, has managed to pee and poop on the floor. I clean it up. STILL NOBODY comes!! Finally 36 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the lady comes from the back and says unfortunately you were late and we can't accommodate you today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Walking in the bunnies were to one side, birds on the other. Reptiles and fish are toward the back. Plenty of supplies and great pricing on everything. We specifically were looking for a lion head but the store only had New Zealand and Lop rabbits available. Buuuut...one call to the breeder and 20 minutes later we have our lionhead. We were set up with everything we needed to care for our new bun bun right away and were even helped to the car. The store was clean and didn't stink (strange right?!) so that made us happy. The animals all look well taken care of and healthy. I have no doubt they treat the animals well. If you want cats and dogs go someplace else. If you want a knowledgeable staff to set you up with your unconventional pet, Mrs. Toad's is the place!!
