Seriously the coolest bookstore I've been to in awhile! (You can peruse books in the old bank vault!) I bought some thank you cards (religious, 8 for cheap!), a new book, and a used book. I thought the used book prices were a bit high but every single one I saw was in excellent, like-new condition so I guess that's reasonable. And the new book I bought was on sale so I felt like I was getting a good deal there as well. I think you can park in the front and the back of the store. There is a stair case and an elevator. The staff was SUPER nice and very helpful. I very much enjoyed my experience here!

This is a 2 story book store that's located in an old bank building. They have a large selection of…read morebooks on both levels. They also have a few other things like games, toys and various gadgets. The prices seem reasonable and they had competitive prices to Amazon. The workers were very nice and attentive and answered all of my questions. It's pretty cool that you can trade in books for store credit. We traded in a bunch of books and received $100 credit. The use of the credits is a strange system. You can only use store credits on used books and then you can only use the credits for 50% of the price of the book. So for example if your book costs $10, you have to pay $5 out of pocket and you can use $5 in store credits. The books are very well organized but I didn't like that they mixed new and used books instead of having separate sections for each. Overall good experience. I'll be back to spend my credits.

I know people are going to look at me strange for this. Why would a Christian give a Christian…read morebookstore such a bad review? Plain and simple -- over 90% of what they carry is crap. Mindless Christianish pablum. And no Christian bookstore deserving of the Christian name should ever, ever, ever be caught carrying anything by Joel Osteen. I've also had mixed experiences with ordering books. If you want the latest of Osteen's, Meyers', or Dollar's heresies, they can order them in a snap. Actually, they probably won't have to because they'll have multiple copies on hand. Start asking for the works of Christian scholars who know their stuff -- men such as David DeSilva and J. P. Moreland -- and whether they'll be able to order it becomes hit-or-miss. It's a truly pitiable state of affairs.

With half a dozen copies of War and Peace to pick from, the store reminds me of the good old days of the local, independent book stores. Worth a stop if you're looking for something to read, cheap. Service on my trip was nonexistent, which might have helped since pricing was not obvious. The store is laid out well, so without assistance you can pretty much find what you're looking for. Overall A-ok.
