Needed corn so ran out here. Lots of cars so when I walked in and seen the line backed up thru the store I figured it would be an ordeal. Got in line. People kept trying to cut in the second line and I had to say something. Listening to the one cashier and she was chit chatting about new puppies instead of taking care of business. The manager was on the other till and she was ore worried about there only being her and the other one in the store. If they would concentrate on the customers things would move along. Selection was limited to one kind today and of course no price match so not a good value. Terrible stop today. read more

Put in and paid for an online [only] order....Got an E mail telling me my order had been delayed with NO new delivery date. Called "customer service" after I went through the endless robo choices, was placed on hold to "cancel" the order for over 30 minutes...Called the local store to cancel the order...the manager could not cancel the order...and refused to give me the contact info of the regional manager...told me to contact "customer service" I told her they do NOT answer the phone...no solution...no way to cancel the order! read more

Manager on duty told my elderly parents they didn't have anyone available to assist them in loading their car and then proceeded to do a curbside pickup order. Way to go customer service team!!! read more

I don't have occasion to come in here often, but when I do, they always have what I need. The staff are great at helping you find what you need and making recommendations. I love that I can take my dog in with me if she is on a leash. This gives us a little outing together from time to time. read more

Friendliest people in the area. You would never guess this is a "big box" store. And I love how everyone welcomes our big ol' dog when we bring him (on a leash). Totally a happy neighborhood vibe. Very thankful to have TSC so near our farm. read more

This location is terrible!!! Every time I go to this location the staff are rude and not helpful at all! They always act like they're in a hurry or have something better to do then do the actual job and help your customers when they have an actual question. Personally I like Atwoods a lot better. But I live closer to this tractor supply then I do to the nearest Atwoods, so while I'm in a hurry to get something I know that both tractor supply and Atwoods carry of course I want to go to tractor supply but if I have my choice I'm always going to go to Atwoods because they sell everything that tractor supply sells plus a whole lot more and they're a lot friendlier and a whole lot more helpful and plus they're cheaper than tractor supply to read more
