Also in Las Vegas the employees can be rude when asked for help. Im in a wheelchair and sometimes I require a decent amount of help while shopping. Now with that said I came in to this Walmart in Hartwell about 10:15pm less than an hour before they closed. The store was clean and winding down. I was having a hard time finding things as it's a bit of a different layout from my Vegas stores. I ran into an employee named Edward. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile. He helped me find the last few items I needed in grocery. I must say all the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. I was even impressed that none of them had earbuds in like the employees that work at Walmart in Las Vegas. If i travel back through Hartwell again I will definitely be stopping there again. Even the little cleaning robit was cute.

He started making faces to the other cashier in front of him simply because my mom was taking a little longer to find her card. The girl cashier he was making faces to saw that I caught her and she looked the other way. This behavior is not okay. If you don't like your job find ANOTHER ONE.

This store is right next to Lake Hartwell and during certain times of the year, you will see this…read morein the items found in the store and the sales in the area. During the summer, the store has much more in it and they cater to the summer lake time fun needs. During the winter, they really don't have as much in terms of stock. The customers also change greatly based on the time of year. During the fall, winter, and early spring, you'll find the regulars only. Later in the spring and during the summer, you are going to find your typical lake visitors. They overrun the town and rarely make things easy for this easy going store. This store is ideal during the colder months, but don't go to it if it's warm out because you'll have to fight for anything you need at a Dollar General.
