I found RPM about a mile from where I was at and pulled into their business to explain my situation. They dropped what they were doing to take a look. I had used a lube company to change my oil a few days prior to this leak. RPM discovered that the lube company didn't tighten the oil plug. I also emailed the General Manager and got no response from him after several days. Reviewing to warn others. We did not have to pay any of those fees at another dealer.
