Now I avoid the place like the plague. They got rid of their experienced staff and replaced them with people who could not even work the cash registers. They cut back their weekend hours. If you don't have an account, it's full price no matter how many thousands of dollars you have dropped in the store over the years. They apparently are no longer in the business of catering to individual homeowners. So I am no longer in the business of patronizing them. Very sad.
