The best thing to do would be buy a new machine. Lowe's wouldn't do anything for this faulty washing machine they sold to me, which I, the customer bought in good faith. Do NOT buy any appliances from Lowe's. They do not stand behind their products, their manager Josh was extremely unprofessional, he had a horrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. It's a disservice to the community to have someone in a management position who is so rude to frequent customers. It's hard to "shop local" when local companies don't stand behind their products, provide customer service and have basic human decency for the lemon of a hunk of junk washing machine I spent $700 on. I will choose to drive North, or Amazon.
