Look like It had been…read moresitting on the shelf for a great number of months maybe more I was really disappointed with a couple of products that we bought in there. we bought a hummingbird feeder and when you put the liquid in it, no matter how tight you tried to put the bottom back on it leaked we've literally got to glue it and we paid a little more than we should have for it, I really wanted it that weekend for My Son's new house. Sadly it's still sitting on his kitchen table trying to figure out how we're gonna seal it so it doesn't leak. The staff is super nice and very willing to help you they are dead on when you get a key made there, but the price definitely need to come down and the quality of the products that you go in therefore need to be not outdated that part was very disappointing.

They were helpful, knowledgeable,…read moreand they gave their regulars contractor pricing regardless of whether they maintained a store account. Then recently the ownership changed. Now I avoid the place like the plague. They got rid of their experienced staff and replaced them with people who could not even work the cash registers. They cut back their weekend hours. If you don't have an account, it's full price no matter how many thousands of dollars you have dropped in the store over the years. They apparently are no longer in the business of catering to individual homeowners. So I am no longer in the business of patronizing them. Very sad.

Every time they are great and friendly. When I buy that heavy of a bag of food they put it on cart to take it to the car. Just so everyone knows I'm disabled, broken neck and back so I can't lift heavy stuff. Anyway like I said they are always nice but today was a nightmare. The cashier Katrina was at the register talking to so to someone who wasn't a customer. I waited till she acknowledged me.I said I'm here to pick up a 52 pound of dog food. I get it every two weeks give or take. They always put it on a cart cause it's so heavy. This time it was on a shelf, she pulled it off and was struggling to hand it to me. I asked can we put it on a cart like they always do. She gave me the dirtiest look and literally threw it on the floor and walked away. Now again remember I'm disabled so I put it on the cart and struggled to get it out to my car. When I brought the cart back in she said with an attitude have a nice day. Don't get wrong I love this store and everyone is great but I've never been so disrespected like I was by Katrina.
