But not these guys they have forgotten what customer service is apparently. I would guess that had I taken them the part number the next thing they would have wanted was for me to go to the warehouse and locate the part then proceed to ring myself up. Much like Walmart and self checkouts. This guy Gerald is a total douche bag and not customer focused at all and offered absolutely no help what so ever. Anyway I strongly recommend you stay far away from these folks as they don't seem to be the friendliest or helpful at all.

They gave me a date a couple of weeks out and I brought in my tractor when they said to. Three weeks later they still hadn't touched it, but they assured me they were starting that day. Two weeks later they repeated the same story. A week after that they still hadn't touched it but tried to talk like they had. In the 6th week I told them to forget the work and I'd come get the tractor. When I picked it up at the end of that week I discovered that they had broken one of the chains that limits equipment sway on the 3 point hitch. Other than that they never touched the tractor despite having it for 7 weeks with a 2 week lead time for scheduling the work. Disappointing that they wasted my time, doubly disappointing that they misled me about it at least twice. I'd take my machinery to Abingdon or Knoxville or scrap it and buy something new before I went to this shop again.

My boyfriend has an Alaskan Malamute and we are usually reluctant to take him to a Petco or PetSmart. You usually hear bad thing and the only experience we had back home was awful he came back with a cut on his head. However, he needed to be groomed and we will DEFINITELY go back to this location.
