My three dogs who are not crated at home had to spend over 4 hours in a crate waiting their turn for grooming. I feel an appointment time should be within an hour or two not longer.

We dropped our dog off on the way to the airport after booking on the phone. No one mentioned that they only take cash nor was it on the web. Luckily we had withdrawn cash for our trip so we didn't have to seek out an atm. The website stated that with a 5 night stay you got a free bath. Our dog was there for 7 and when my wife called to check they said it was for a 10 day stay. She took a screenshot of the website and sent it to them so we didn't get the bath. The website has since been shut down. We also left her medication with them and they said they would handle it. We left exactly 7 pills for the 7 nights. When we picked her up they returned the bottle with 4 pills remaining.

We drive 45 minutes just to take our dogs to Boones Creek because of how much we love the care. We have three dogs and all of them are weird and have their own needs and personalities. I have seen all the staff work so well with each one of them. When my older lab had to get surgery I wasn't worried for a second because of how much I trust this staff and their expertise. They were able to get him in quickly when we didn't have an appointment. They are professional, kind, everything is always clean, and I just feel so lucky to have them there.
