That's an amazing deal especially when a lot of the shoes were marked down. My daughter picked out a few shoes that she liked but unfortunately they didn't have any in her size. The guy went to the back to check and totally forgot about us. Guess he was too busy. We left without any new shoes but we may return soon.

I did have to ask for help a couple times in the fitting room however. The fitting rooms were very picked up and neat. The store was clean. Closer folded and things are easy to find. This is part of a newer outlet store. There are convenient restrooms located right outside the doors of the store. Parking is pretty easy for the store. And it is located right off the highway. But when the sales associate scanned them, they rang up at $228.00. The sales associate initially said the sale price was only for handbags. But I grabbed the sneaker myself and showed her that the $159.20 sale price was clearly marked on the sneaker itself. This proved that the pricing on the merchandise wasn't just for handbags and made things even more confusing The associate said she couldn't honor the marked sale price even though it was right there on the sneakers. She first offered a 20% discount off the $228.00 price, but when I brought up my military discount, the 20% discount became 10%. . As a loyal and frequent customer of both your retail and outlet stores, I am very disappointed. I think customers should be able to trust the prices marked on merchandise and that pricing mistakes from administrative errors should be fixed in favor of the customer

I noticed that a couple shirts my kids wanted that they saw online were about $10 more in the store than online. The cashier was willing to match the online price and save me the $10 for both shirts. It was a little busy in the store and so some of the merchandise was a little messy, which made certain sizes harder to find but we managed and were able to get what we wanted and head out within about 20-30 minutes. The greeter was next level. She was so kind to my kids when we arrived and when we left. She had some shopping bags and buggies ready for each customer that came through the door as well as a kind word and a smile.
