My mother entered the store to inquire about a product she found that you sell online but thought perhaps you carry it in your store. She first spoke with a young lady who was unfamiliar and referred her to a man speaking on his cell phone seemingly bothered that someone approached him with a question. He (Shawn) laughed at her question while never hanging up the phone and acted like a complete balatron. Is this how you treat the seniors who make up a large portion of the city? I don't think she can envisage interacting with your employees or rather employee Shawn in the near future. Do better, your venerable clientele deserve better.
