When I returned them to the store they said they would need to contact the manufacturer to see if the placemats could be washed. They then claimed that the placemats needed to be dry-cleaned despite the tags indicating they could be machine washed. Who makes placemats that need to be dry cleaned? They refused to allow me to return or exchange the item despite having my sales receipt and coming back 10 days after the original purchase. I spent close to $200.00 in this store total and it was my first visit to this establishment. It will be the last dime and time I ever throw towards this business.
