    My brother pre ordered bird seeds and wanted company to pick it up. So off we go. The place is clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy walking around and looking at all the unique items.

    Loved walking into those Tractor supply store and receiving great customer service. Came in to by some Garden supplies, and my kids enjoyed seeing the baby chickens. The large selection and great price, is unbelievable. Definitely recommend, the Tractor supply store if you are looking fora great price.

    I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so unbelievable I had to warn others. I ordered a grill during Tractor Supply's Black Friday sale--got the email confirmation, got the "ready for pickup" notice, everything. So Sunday morning, I drove an hour out of my way to pick it up. Guess what? They didn't have it. The manager shrugged and said it was "probably sold" because it was a busy weekend. So not only did they lose my order, but they apparently just let "busy weekend" be an excuse to sell items that customers already paid for and were told were ready for pickup. To make it worse, the grill was now sold out in the warehouse. I called the Tractor Supply and was put on hold for AN HOUR. Then they proceeded to tell me that they refuse to honor the Black Friday price, refused to ship it to my house, and told me my only options were to: Drive 70 miles to another store, or Have it shipped to a different store--but I'd still have to pay $49 in shipping. So let me get this straight: I have to pay extra because they lost my order? This was supposed to be a simple Black Friday pickup, and it turned into a complete waste of time, gas, and patience. And I still don't get my grill. Tractor Supply, do better. This is not how you treat customers--especially ones who follow your instructions, show up, and trust your "ready for pickup" confirmations. Never again.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to book an appointment at Salon 184. I called to…read moremake an appointment with Nelson, but Monica answered the phone and was immediately rude and dismissive. She kept cutting me off mid sentence, didn't let me explain myself, and rushed me the entire time, all while I was simply trying to say that I had been calling for the past two days with no answer. When I asked about Nelson, she told me he was on vacation, again cutting me off and being completely unprofessional in her tone. I finally told her she was being rude and asked to speak with someone else, specifically Maria, who I knew was part of the team. The conversation with Maria was at least more polite and respectful. She listened, explained that Nelson was out, and took my number. However, when I asked who Monica was, she told me that Monica was also one of the owners. I explained how disrespectful Monica had been, and rather than apologizing, Maria tried to excuse her behavior by saying they were having a tough day and that the computer system was down. She even said she was sitting next to Monica during the call and that it "wasn't that bad." Let me be very clear...I felt ignored, dismissed, and completely undervalued as a potential customer. Justifying rude behavior because you're having a bad day is not acceptable, especially not from a business owner. Maria's response essentially condoned Monica's unprofessionalism. It was shocking. I told them to delete my number and that I would not be visiting the salon...ever. And I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience might be like. Terrible, unprofessional, and disappointing. Avoid Salon 184.

    I am very upset about how this business operates. I had paid for alterations for suits that did not…read morecome out well. As a customer of previous alterations, the alteration is unfinished until the customer satisfied. Unfortunately, the owner of this location does not understand customer service. The person who took my measurements is not even the seamstress. she had to call the owner who then explained to her, give the customer 20% off. They want to make money on me twice for a unfinished job. I will be sure to tell everyone not to come here, and avoid this business. EDIT to owners response. My mind was never changed on how the alterations were supposed to be made. And I was unaware that the person taking my measurements was not the person performing the work on the actual pants, which explains why there was a misunderstanding between this woman and the seamstress. If I had changed my mind and wanted something different , I would accept that and cover the cost. My alterations were from waist and length, not once was anything confirmed if the job was done correctly, as a paying customer should expect. In fact, I wasn't satisfied with any of the alterations for any of the three pairs of pants I had brought to your shop, this was just the most noticeable one. Communicating that the person taking measurements is not the person doing the alterations would be nice as well before spending the money.

The owner, Jaime, became aware of the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He didn't try to come up with excuses as to why the suit was mishandled. Instead he gave me a call and agreed to meet me at one of his cleaners, the one nearest to me. He personally pressed my suit, on a Saturday morning, and made sure i left a satisfied customer. Thank you for going above and beyond and for the exceptional customer service.

    I want to start off by saying that Dr. Kennedy is an AMAZING doctor. He answers all your questions,…read moretakes his time with you, and makes sure you leave feeling good about services received. However, his staff is another story and this review is based on mostly them. There have been previous instances with his staff where our family has found them being rude and just plain old mean. I recently called in to make an appointment over the phone over a month ago and when speaking to the receptionist I asked what precautions were being implemented due to COVID-19. With the answer I received, you'd think I was asking something out of this world. I futher explain to her that I was worried about not only my safety, but the safety of other customers. She told me she didn't care and that if I wanted lenses refilled I need to come in no matter what. I proceed to schedule and await my apt because I needed my contacts. When I arrive, there are signs on the door stating that individuals should be wearing a mask inside the building and social distancing should be implemented... I think OKAY good. Upon entering, there were adults and children with their masks under their chins, the waiting room which is quite small full of people, and the staff did not seem to care at ALL. The staff was protected, but how about others who are in there? Do you think I felt safe waiting in there? NO. Also, they checked my temp roughtly 15 minutes after already waiting which honestly was ridiculous. I honestly was about to leave when they finally call me to go to the back and do some of the eye test. The lady who always does the eye exams (a younger girl I think with blondish hair) on the computers is super sweet and you can tell was taking all the precautions necessary so I was quite happy about that. I've done some eye screeners with her and shes has always shown the utmost customer service. Upon meeting with Dr. Kennedy, I was relived. To be completely honest he is a great doctor and it is sad that unfortunately some of his staff lack customer service skills. The reason I chose to do this review however was because of an incident that occured this am. My mother in law needed her glasses replaced and we brought them in to have the lenses changed to the new frames. She had called and previously spoken to someone stating that she will not go inside the building due to precautions not being implemented. Of course, we were not going to allow her to risk herself by going into the office. Yesterday we call from our car and the staff had ZERO issue coming down to pick up the broken frames to replace them with the new ones, however this morning was a nightmare to say the very least. We call and speak to Rita (the person who came down to the car confirmed her name) and she was well beyond passive aggressive and rude. We tell her we are here to pick up glasses and explained the situation and she answered with "okay.... so.... are you going to come in and pick them up?" Mind you we had already explained the situation to her and her reply was well we don't go outside to bring anything to anyone and I dont know what you want me to do about it. I further had to explain to her that this procedure was done yesterday without an issue and I don't understand why she was giving us such a hard time. She further explains "ummm.... yeah... we are following precautions and we are not going downstairs" and I had to reiterate that I had been in the office a month ago and safety measures were NOT being implemented and then asked to speak to Jared or Dr. Kennedy. She then abruptly placed us on hold and then came back and said someone will come down shortly and hung up. I have never been treated with such disrespect from staff before when I am just worried about my OWN safety. This staff member lacks not only common courtesy, but is just plain rude. Do not work in customer service if you're going to treat customers in that manner. I am in shock that Dr. Kennedy who is such a nice person has such disgusting staff working for him. Our family is currently looking for another eye doctor in order to avoid being disrespected by this staff again.
