I had been a member for many years. I boarded my dog for 1 night with doggy day for the day I…read moredropped her off. The 2nd day I was booked for doggy day care no overnight. I picked her up at 2:30, when I usually do doggy day care it is 8am to 5pm. I was informed that I had another night of boarding. It just does not make sense, no overnight. What do they do take her out of overnight kennel and put her in day care and charge for overnight. No one could explain this. I was told I would get a refund but never received. I canceled my membership not just for this I picked up my pet and she was limping, they asked me if I bought her in like this of course not, then she said maybe someone stepped on her, she is small. She yelled when you touched her so I am sure when it happened she yelled in pain. Took her to vet xrays thank goodness not broken but she still limps off and on. Taking her again well over $400. Accidents happen but should have been informed. I lost trust with them and think the business has slipped.

If reptiles are their specialty they should stick to them. Birds especially need clean air and environments. They should lead by example of what good bird care looks like. The second we walked into the building it was already very off, they were kept in a cramped little wood box in the middle of the store and the employees were watching us in a very hostile way. The dogs did not seem to like the employees and actively avoided them, especially since the few of them in the site were yelling at them to get off of each other. Very sketchy place and seeing many reviews, I would recommend staying clear of this place.

This place just sold me a sick puppy and then does not want to pay 9for the vet visit and te sting that diagnosed what she was sick with. Wich by the way is highly contagious. I will say that I was offered payment ONLY for the meds to treat her. The expense for her medication is by the way, minimal compared to the total expense we have incurred this far. The testing our veterinary DR did, was to diagnosis the infectious parasite that she IS sick with. Without the test she would not be getting the correct medication. They twist your contract and claim that visiting the vet, and testing are not reasonable. Of course they have informed us that we are welcome to return this sick baby back to them, but we are committed to seeing her through this.

I went into redeem some coupons I had and the exact items I needed were not available and the owner was willing to see if she could order them. Since it was trial sized and just two cans of food, I did not want to bother her with it since coupons were expiring. The following week, I got a coupon for a size of dog food that I saw that the shop carried. I was able to get a $18.99 bag of premium dog food for just the cost of sales tax which made me very happy. They carry lots of specialty treats for your furry companions.
