We returned as a group of 4 with masks on to find that she was speaking with a friend both maskless, so i was confused as to why we we're denied entry before if she wasn't even going to follow her own policy?? I could see that they were giving our group dirty looks the entire time, with her friend giving us the condescending up and down look, so tactless and rude. We are patrons, would have purchased items here had it not been for your horrible and unwelcoming attitude. Maybe useful to note that our group was POC & LGBTQ+ so felt like discrimination. I'd recommend checking out Ragtime two shops down where the selection is truly vintage, reasonably priced and welcoming.

Aside from all that you will be intrigued with on the first floor, you cannot forget to go down into the basement. There, you will have the privilege of viewing a private museum of vaseline uranium glass items that will leave you in awe. Some are dated back to the 1800's. The museum also has a vintage, self playing piano. I was mesmerized with the music and sat there, listening, for minutes on end. The owner of the collection gladly answered all of our questions and even turned the lights off, in order to make the uranium glass figures glow. Don't forget to leave a donation, if you were pleased with what you saw. This antique store was a very nice, and educational, experience.
