I asked specifically before I bought it because my dog is a very picky eater. When I brought it back after 16 days (not only did she not like it, it gave her diarrhea), both workers told me I could NOT get a replacement and called the owner who told them that the best she could do was offer me a 10% discount on another bag. WHY would I buy another bag from there when they don't honor what they promise just to get your business? I am done with that place. I don't know how they're still in business.

They care so much for there puppies, and kittens so they make sure the puppies and/or kittens go to the right home. I just walked in to see what the store was all about, I have 2 cats. I so badly wanted to adopt a puppy or even another kitten. So after a nice amount of time at the store, I had to leave before I would come home with another pet.

The second we walked into the building it was already very off, they were kept in a cramped little wood box in the middle of the store and the employees were watching us in a very hostile way. The dogs did not seem to like the employees and actively avoided them, especially since the few of them in the site were yelling at them to get off of each other. This place just sold me a sick puppy and then does not want to pay 9for the vet visit and te sting that diagnosed what she was sick with. Wich by the way is highly contagious. I will say that I was offered payment ONLY for the meds to treat her. The expense for her medication is by the way, minimal compared to the total expense we have incurred this far. The testing our veterinary DR did, was to diagnosis the infectious parasite that she IS sick with. Without the test she would not be getting the correct medication. They twist your contract and claim that visiting the vet, and testing are not reasonable. Of course they have informed us that we are welcome to return this sick baby back to them, but we are committed to seeing her through this.
