*This is based on the pet cleaning station only* My dog has super sensitive skin and has to have more baths than the average dog. My previous place had a pet spa, and now I'm left to my own devices! I'd rather not bathe the pup in house, THEN have to clean the bathroom. So I was happy to find out about the pet cleaning station at the Rincon location. We walked in early, about 8am on a Friday, and were greeted by Terry. He was so helpful! We went to the back to wash the pup, and another employee, I didn't catch her name, was equally helpful! The cleaning station wasn't cleaned from whomever used it heftier. But it wasn't in terrible shape (I've experienced much worse pet cleaning stations). I LOVE that there are towels, pet soaps, pet dry stations for large and small pets, and a pet shower station with SEVERAL nosel options. Something I didn't think I needed when giving my dog a bath. The drying station for large dogs is next to an open outlet, what was a bit concerning to me, and the apparatus for my dog to sit in was a bit wobbly, but we made due. The cashier allowed someone walking in the front door with a return to cut line. The return had a lot of issues and another register opened. All the people from the back of the line went to that register. A register directly behind me opened and all of the people that were behind me got to start using that register. Meanwhile, I am still sitting behind the person who was allowed to cut in line. By the time I made it to the register everyone that was behind me had already checked out. People that weren't even initially in line were already checked out before I made it to the register to begin checking out. It's obvious that they do not know how to handle being busy. Hopefully, some of their business will go to the new store in Bloomingdale so their customer service will improve. read more

This is a review of Tractor Supply online, not the local store. The local store people are great. Tractor supply has the absolute worst inventory management of any online store I have ever dealt with. I have ordered tools from them for pickup multiple times over the last few months and all were just cancelled but one order. Also, when items are available for "ship to store", I often find I cannot ship them to any stores in my area. This is maddening when I find something on clearance, try to order it, can't ship to any stores in my area, AND I have to see postings from other people online saying, "yeah, I had three of these shipped to my local store", or "I stopped at three Tractor Supply stores on the way home from work and bought one at each store." Seriously, Tractor Supply, get your act together and act like a real online retailer. read more

Love the TSC!! Great place for your farming needs. Riding lawn mowers to tractors. Golf carts to gun safes. Supplies for your horses, cows, goats, pigs, and dogs. Clothing, boots, and shoes for the family that say "Hey I live in the country and look good!" Get your Cowboy on and drop by the TSC. Be warned there are toys in the front of the store and in the rear. Strategically placed to trap you with your little ones. Then every time you drive by they will be begging you to go back. PS - the sell old fashion mole/gopher smoke bombs that really work well. read more

Stopped in to get some gas cans and feral cat traps and saw a great deal on an auger that ended up being mislabelled (price was far too good to be true), but the manager gave me 10% off on the auger as a customer service action making me feel better. BTW, I was expecting some farm type employees, but this store is staffed by some incredibly good-looking girls that know how to run a retail store. read more

The staff and management here are top shelf; very helpful and courteous. The 4Health dog food product is excellent and reasonably priced. In today's environment all the employees that I observed were following guidelines. TSC, in my opinion, is more safe than some other larger stores, AND I feel no trepidation patronizing TSC. read more

Always a good experience when my family and I come here. We use this store about 4 times a week. The dog food we use is always available. If something's not available you can go online and order it and pick it up at the store later. I only wish they would come down on the price of the tall roosters in the front. read more
