So we went on line and this was the closest location that had the color in stock. Once we arrived we came to find out that the manufacturer renamed the color but the one they had would work to finish the project. After we checked out we learned that they have the most amazing artwork on their walls for sale. So the sales associate went into action to take them off the walls for us so we could purchase them. Needless to say the service here is literally out of this world as three associates assisted us to our vehicle. The pricing is also very reasonable. Their garden shop has a beautiful selection of flowers. As well as the clothing and shoes are great. Got the most comfortable slippers for $10. Our next visit they had a barbecue outside for charity. You pay at the register and we had the most delicious hamburgers and hotdog. Since it was Memorial Day weekend they were giving out small American Flags as well. What a wonderful experience. But both are good sources. On the other hand, this Ace Hardware doesn't always have what I want, the pricing is at least 10-15% higher, the selection is not as good.... BUT- yeah, you knew there was a but... I have to say that the people(family?) that work here are incredible!! Helpful, go out of their way to make sure you find what you need (without being obnoxious), offer suggestions, laugh and smile. These are real people doing good work in a meaningful way. Not sure how you feel about that but to me, I'd rather reward people like that and not some corporate giant. Plus, Ace is 4 minutes away and easy to get to with parking at the door. A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. My previous place had a pet spa, and now I'm left to my own devices! I'd rather not bathe the pup in house, THEN have to clean the bathroom. So I was happy to find out about the pet cleaning station at the Rincon location. We walked in early, about 8am on a Friday, and were greeted by Terry. He was so helpful! We went to the back to wash the pup, and another employee, I didn't catch her name, was equally helpful! The cleaning station wasn't cleaned from whomever used it heftier. But it wasn't in terrible shape (I've experienced much worse pet cleaning stations). I LOVE that there are towels, pet soaps, pet dry stations for large and small pets, and a pet shower station with SEVERAL nosel options. Something I didn't think I needed when giving my dog a bath. The drying station for large dogs is next to an open outlet, what was a bit concerning to me, and the apparatus for my dog to sit in was a bit wobbly, but we made due. We paid $9.99 and we will DEFINITELY be back!

All the people from the back of the line went to that register. A register directly behind me opened and all of the people that were behind me got to start using that register. Meanwhile, I am still sitting behind the person who was allowed to cut in line. By the time I made it to the register everyone that was behind me had already checked out. People that weren't even initially in line were already checked out before I made it to the register to begin checking out. It's obvious that they do not know how to handle being busy. Hopefully, some of their business will go to the new store in Bloomingdale so their customer service will improve.

When I went to the register the Manager was very nice and advised I could get a credit on what I purchased at another location of Hobby Lobby. To just go in with the two receipts one for the fabric and one for the total that is charged to your card. Also surprised that they give bags here for free as there other location in SC does not. I am new to the area so learning all these interesting nuances of businesses here. Definitely would come back to this location.

They have over 100 stores in the U.S. according to one of the employees. The employees were all helpful and friendly, and quick to offer assistance. They seem to have done a nice paint match for my wallpaper, but that's to be determined once the trim is painted. The female sales rep explained how the high gloss paint will reflect light and perhaps cause it to look a smidge lighter in color. Then she attempted to charge me for two gallons of Benjamin Moore high gloss paint @ approximately $130.00 total when I was only purchasing 2 quarts of paint for my guest bathroom trim. I was a great customer of the former business. I hope this type of mistake won't happen again.

So we needed the faded versions, not the originals. Their matches were perfect, so I asked for their paint company contact, since I have small touch-ups around the house that they would be great for, and they recommended I contact Spectrum.
