And it was extremely clean! My dog loves pet stores (she's a social butterfly) and met a ton of friends. The garden side had gorgeous plant, but ended up getting some basil to grow in the window. I wish I had a backyard as they had beautiful furniture at great prices. Can't wait to go back!

Some of their products are high in price and some are priced wicked good! The value and high quality of their products and plants are terrific and I've never had any plants die on me, ever! They have a great return policy and as an added bonus, they have a rewards policy. If you sign up for texts and emails, you'll receive coupons. They also carry beautiful perennials, annuals and trees So many beautiful decorative items for your home and garden! I love to poke around at Smithland. I always find something that I love!

Three visits ago they told me that the next one would be free. When I went the next time they said the same thing, your next bag will be free. I thought "ok, I must have misunderstood them the previous time". When my husband went in tonight they said " your next one will be free". He made them print out all of the purchases and we had bought 13 bags. They charged for all of them then just kept stringing us along! This store and that program are a ripoff. After the 2nd day I asked how the training was going and Sergio told me that they "wouldn't begin training until the 2nd week bc the first week is just to get the dog acclimated". After day 3 we pulled our dog from their program. She was dehydrated after each day there and on day 3 she came out looking soaked and Sergio told me "she had played in the snow". When she hopped in my car, her paws were disgustingly muddy and she smelled horrid. I brought her home and bathed her and she had a huge gash on her nose. When my husband called to let Sergio know we were pulling her and that we were happy to pay for the 3 days but wanted a refund for the rest, Sergio told him that those 3 days were $125/each bc they had done such intensive training each day. I reached out to see what training was completed w our pup since I was told nothing was done but nobody got back to me. Highly do NOT recommend.
