They never tried to persuade me for a more expensive brand. I asked some just show me different options and what the differences and each variety was. DO NOT service your equipment here. There is absolutely zero customer service and quite frankly I've never experienced a more blatant disregard for the customer. Purchased an almost $500 Toro lawn mower which ran EXCELLENT for over one month. As sometimes happens with machinery the engine began knocking heavily, no worries, WRITTEN directly on the engine it states "3 year engine warranty." So I promptly schedule an appointment at which time I have to wait 6 weeks (no big deal, completely understand covid related delays. After 6 weeks the service manager calls and states "Oh yea the engine is definitely bad. We won't make enough money from the manufacturer to make it worth it for us to fix it though." SERIOUSLY?!! A machine that ran EXCELLENT for an ENTIRE MONTH the service manager says " I believe there was no oil in it AFTER stating he doesn't want to fix it. The irony in this is that he ALSO referenced metal chips IN THE ENGINE OIL! How did this machine run for a month if it had no oil? It's so painfully obvious that I have been railroaded by the service department for their belief "they won't make enough money to complete the warranty repair. I will NEVER EVER purchase another Toro OR purchase or service at this company. It's a shame too because up until the abhorrent actions of this service department and manager I truly liked the place. To top it all off, I bring them a PRISTINE one month old mower and when I pick it up after months of run around it's DISGUSTINGLY filthy AND damaged (see photo). BUYER BEWARE! I have ALWAYS had good luck at Schmidt and Serrifines, I HIGHLY recommend saving yourself the headaches and using them. read more

Worst customer service ever. You have to watch them all the time or they will always try to sell you a more expensive brand. They one time talked me into cheaper organic chicken food and when I went around back to pick it up it was half the size of the one I normally buy. They are good products but the people that work there are completely unfriendly and act like you are bothering them if you have a question. read more

This is not my primary pet supply store, but I do stop in when I'm coming from Clover Nook Farm or Country Corner Diner. I've only used the pet supply section in the store and have to say they have a better supply, better selection, and better prices then most 'specialty, pet supply stores that sell the same products. The pet supplies are well organized and I'm able grab the dog food I need without moving bags around to get to the brand/recipe I want. The price is higher, at least for what I buy, so I still buy primarily from another store. read more
