At first, I saw three staff members helping a family with carpet, so I waited respectfully for them to finish. While I was standing there, two other staff members walked by without saying excuse me, acknowledging me, or asking if I needed help. After the family was helped and sent on their way, one staff member continued assisting them with something else, while three staff members were still in the area. Another customer even came in, but no one ever asked if I needed assistance. I was clearly standing in the carpet section, walking back and forth, waiting for someone to help me. I would think that if a customer is standing nearby watching staff cut carpet, it would be obvious that they may need assistance as well. I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I am now driving all the way to the Home Depot in Waynesboro, where I have heard the service is better. I am not happy with the lack of customer service I experienced today.

Went to three places ,big box store was one the fridge was in stock and i could leave with it ,…read morethats a new one ... the sales guys seamed to really not try to upsale at all .. both guys selling were very knowledgable with all there stock and out of stock, the price i got out the door was much better then Davis in Charlottesville ... THE guys dropped what they were doing to load & wrap even change swing on the new fridge as i am sure they were doing other stuff before i got there .. this place i will be more then glad to support in the future with more purchase ... thanks agin for GREAT service and inventory ! Never been so rudely treated in my life! Called to make a service appointment for clothes dryer…read more Its a Whirlpool and they are Whirlpool dealers and service providers. They took the model number and the error messages the machine was displaying and said they would call back. I called back an hour later and they refused to work on the machine. They didn't want to! Said I acted like I was their only customer when I called back. Again, they advertise that they are a Whirlpool service provider. Said to call someone else. I will never deal with them again and I advise others not to bother.
