Not only is the quality of rentals excellent (better than any kayak/board rental i've ever used) but the staff is extremely friendly and generous! They were able to deliver and pickup our rentals which made things very easy for us. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the lake several times and were able to take 2 adults and 5 kids out at once with just the tandem and SUP. Would definitely use for future family camping trips!

I ordered a croissant and it tasted like a plastic children's toy. It definitely doesn't taste like the croissants that I'm used to eating. I've never had macaroons before and they had a 3/$5 "deal." I ordered a chocolate one, a strawberry one, a latte one. I also ordered maple candy, which wasn't bad. I'm not a big fan of this restaurant. If I want coffee before my next Ellicottville Half Marathon, I'll hit up Katy's Cafe instead.

I've been itching to check out this store, and I'm really not sure why I never ventured in here sooner. Maybe it just wasn't the right time. This past year my urge to hike has kicked into overdrive and lately I've been all about outdoor activities - so going in here not only cured some boredom, but got me excited for the warmer months and getting back out on the trails. The shop shares a building with another business. Once you go up the steps and into the building, the shop is straight back (and pretty hard to miss with the signs!) This shop is pretty large, with everything and anything to fill your outdoor needs. Tons of apparel with popular outdoor brands like Carhartt, hiking boots, and other useful gear for camping and hiking. You can get snow shoes and chains here for your winter hikes, and there's even some gear for your dog! I only came in here for the socks but I also left with these cool fake "skipping stone" dog toys, and a double sided spoon/fork. Total score! Looking forward to returning in the summer to fulfill more of my hiking needs. P.S. I love my socks. They're stylish and keep my feet warm!

I must have written that review way before I gave myself enough time to decide if I liked the socks or not, but here I am 4 years later and I now EXCLUSIVELY WEAR DARN TOUGH SOCKS. Thank you, Aurora Outfitters, for turning me onto these wonderful socks. Also thank you, past tense me for clairvoyantly deciding to purchase said socks and change my life forever. Bobs Army Navy is quite an amazing place to shop. The building has been there forever and you…read moredefinitely get that feeling when you walk in. The place is packed with merchandise from front to back and their all around selection is quite amazing. It's especially fun to take a look at the military surplus for sale. You can almost always find something you just got to have and surplus prices are quite reasonable. Firearms, archery equipment, ammo, even mens and womens clothing can be found. Selections in all these areas are decent. They even have a rather large footwear store attached with an overwhelming number of boot and outdoor wear choices. Last month I visited and was incredibly impressed that they actually had items in stock that no one else in the area can get. I went to 7 sporting good stores that weekend trying to find black powder for muzzleloaders. No one had any. I almost didn't even bother to ask when I got to Bobs but decided to try. Not only did they have it, they had all kinds and a fair amount of each. I'm not sure how they get it when no one else can, but they seem like the go to place for the unusual and hard to find. Check them out next time you are in Clearfield.
