There's always some kind of miscommunication and I hate having to repeat myself to a different person each time because the person prior to that couldn't help me. For example: I called yesterday, couldn't help me so I had to call medical records, medical records tells me to call family practice....again. Couldn't help me once again. I'm sick and TIRED of this run around! These ladies are lazy AS FUCK! and could give two shits about they're clients. SCARY!!! Do NOT go there. It could save your life!!! ;) I had to request that the doctor not just guesstimate how far along I was, and order a sonogram, so that I could get much needed prenatal testing done, which is a time sensitive thing! The doctor was off by 4 whole weeks!!! I would have missed the crucial time for testing, had I not pushed for a sonogram and been my own advocate! Also, they lost a urine sample and I had to go back in to the office to redo that test, called in 2 wrong prescriptions, and not the proper amount of a 3rd prescription. Then ordered the wrong sonogram for my second sonogram appointment. Not to mention that Dr. Szhu is extremely rude with zero bedside manner, and gave me an OB check that was painful and seemed as if he didn't know his way around female anatomy! Also, the facility is pretty dirty and unhygienic seeming. If you weren't sick with something before you went there, you may come down with something after you leave. The girls at the front desk can be a little rude and act like they hate their jobs. There are a couple good medical assistants and nurses, but unfortunately that is not enough to consider this place a decent healthcare facility for anyone! Especially pregnant women. Needless to say I found another doctor's office and got my medical records transferred. Otherwise, I think delivering this baby myself might just be safer than going through this clinic! read more

The rules are always changing they never used to take early appointments you wait in the waiting room for two hours it's filthy people are rude at the counter. Sorry to say, the staff seems like they don't know what they are doing. Giving 1 star because this place has an awful smell but last time I went, they have another location so they split other providers to a different location so this place had a little improvement. I'm 48. I've seen a lot of doctors in my time. I've never had a worse experience. When I called, the first appointment time was about 2 months away. Today was that appointment. The place is staffed with nice ladies to help run the offices. But they're helping I think four doctors see a ton of patients. MY MIL saw a doctor who was nice, but spent about 10 minutes with her. I saw a doctor who seemed rushed, late for something, in a hurry to get to something else. I didn't get to all my concerns, and didn't have time to ask questions I had, so obviously I didn't get all the answers I wanted. She also wasn't warm or friendly, and didn't seem even remotely interested in my issues. The doctor was with me for probably 5 to 7 minutes. I was given a follow up appointment for 2 months from now. I felt like cattle, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I already said that but it needs said again. Really wish I had other options. :-( I have a new provider, Rick. He is awesome. He takes the time with me I need, addresses my concerns and offers me information and helpful suggestion on my health care. I'm very happy to go here now that I see him. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I've been here 3 times now with my children and I've seen 2 different pediatricians- Dr. Abid and Dr. Aurora Guzman. Both of them have very outdated information regarding natural-term breastfeeding, and Dr. Guzman actually scoffed when we told her our 2 year old still nursed. To think that new mothers are taking their infants to see these women who are sorely misinformed regarding infant feeding is a scary thought. Rude receptionist. Not abailable appointments up to 2 months. Every appointment is only for one reason. Appointments get cancelled without getting an update. 1 hour or more wait time for the doctor. Doctors take less than 2 mins to discuss your issue. Specially dr. Konda!!! Dr. Konda is being racist! She told me if i complain why wouldnt i go back to my country. She called me after my LAB work that everything was normal and all of a sudden the next time she tried to wipe off all my other issues with telling me i have thyroid. I mean hallo? U called me and said everything was fine so whats true? Dr. Szhu OBGYN has temper issue and is brutal! He attacks you and is ready to beat the s***t out of you. And when your appointment day comes and you are supposed to be there on time, they still make you wait over an hour for a doctor to see you. Their staff is not up to task. I was going to this clinic for my ob appointments since 2013. I recently switched to another clinic. Seems like every appointment I had a different Dr would see me. I had complications my last pregnancy and thought the Dr would take that into consideration, so being seen by a different Dr each visit was uncomfortable. The Dr also put me on work restrictions which caused my job to place me on a medical leave of absence. The Dr REFUSED to sign my disability forms. I was told someone would call me so I can explain my works process on my restrictions and no call l. It felt like they were avoiding me for 3 weeks! I had to make multiple complaints to the manager about it for the Dr to just keep refusing to sign them. Even that took about 2 weeks for a response. Almost 2 months out of work with no income i explained the hardship and stress the Dr was causing me and still she refused. Once the manager got on this issue she did work hard for 3 days to convince the Dr to at least sign it so I can get denied so my job could pay. These Dr are so unprofessional and uncaring of what your going through. My last pregnancy I was told by my now new Dr that they should have responded quicker knowing the complications I was going through, that would have possibly saved my baby. So disappointed in this place and Im so happy I switched to a caring Dr who on the very first visit said oh your out of work do you need me to sign your disability? No questions asked he understood that moment. If you go to this clinic good luck! Switching was a sigh of relief for me. read more

This place sucks. The ladies in the front never know the accurate information to tell the patients and the doctors are actual jokes. They tell you to take ibuprofen for everything and to reschedule in the mean time. For this to be the only place that accepts certain insurances they should do better. I wasn't expecting much from the outside appearance of this place but my expectations were much higher than this for sure!! I was being seen there for my PCP and seeing the therapist on site. My PCP Dr Konda seemed nice at first but never spent more than 5 minutes at a time in the exam room with me. I went in to be seen for widespread pain and my anxiety/ptsd. Dr Konda kept insisting that it was nearly impossible for someone of my young age (30) to be suffering from the pain I was describing. Appointment after appointment went by and I finally got a referral to pain management where they discovered my rheumatoid factor was double what it should be. It was another headache getting the referral to rheumatology as well. My final appointment with her, I had asked for maybe 5 ativan to get me through until my mental health evaluation and was accused of selling pills and making up my conditions. Reluctantly she wrote the prescription but I have never felt so insulted in my life. I understand there are many people out there that are getting meds just to make money but I am far from being one of those people. The therapist I was seeing there seems very unqualified and was only trained in one course of therapy that was "supposed" to help PTSD and anxiety. After a few weeks of trying it her way, I mentioned that it wasn't working for me. I was in the appointment after that, that I seemed to be well off and there was nothing more she could do to help me (I have 20 "flashbacks/episodes" a day....that is NOT being well off in my opinion) read more

Worst place ever! Appointments take 4 weeks. Can't get the same doctor twice. My first visit was so.impersonal it was as if I was a piece of meat being passed on to whom ever. They don't care about your medical history and they won't prescribe the meds you need even when your past personal doctor prescribed them for the right reasons. They are bound by government rules (so they say) and don't want to help the human who has medical reasons for the things they need. Seriously. Avoid this place. I saw Konda who spent 3-4 minutes with me tops. I asked why and was told they can spend a max of 15 min per patient and have to see 30 patients per day by law. So in the you and your medical needs are not important. I left 3 vm with the phone agency (you cant talk dieectly to the office) and they sent emails 3 times on my behalf in a week and it took 13 days to get a denial reply for a medication i discussed with her in our initoal convo that she completely discointed and made me make another appt for. If I could leave a 0 I would. I'll never go back. I made the app was seen and they gave me a minimal amount then they called the pharmacy to say my prescription is denied after it was prescribed already. Cuz they are not thorough or talking internally. Go to another city to get the medical you need. Avoid this office. read more

Run... don't walk...away if you need mental health assistance. Took weeks to get an appointment and when it finally came they told me I had scheduled it for something I hadn't. Went in to deal with a host of medical issues and ended up leaving....with a flu shot. No psychiatrist on staff. Seriously? Mental health problems even if they're diagnosed already? Don't bother. Told by the first doctor i chose that she only deals with "regular health problems not mental health problems". I feel pretty confident that a law is likely being broken when a primary care physician refuses to hear about or treat mental health problems. Not to worry though; you might be shunted off to someone who cannot legally prescribe medications. If he, Andrew a clinical social worker hadn't been amazingly well educated, compassionate and patient to hearing my thoughts and feelings this place would have gotten zero stars if possible. Other redeeming qualities about this establishment were the people at the front desk, the nurses and the medical assistants. Also, chose a different care provider that at least listens and is empathetic. The first physician I chose seemed to be unnacepting of valid medical science regarding mental health care. I feel that any health care workers who receive treatment at or work in this establishment are morally obligated to advocate for the humane treatment of individuals with mental health conditions. Some cannot advocate for themselves. Through research I have found it takes an average of three to four months to get an appointment with a psychiatrist in Tracy if your primary care physician refuses to treat you. You can however drive to Stockton and wait approximately six hours to possibly be treated... Some people who are on Medical or financially limited don't have access to needed resources (e.g. a car or money for transportation). What happens to the people who have mental health issues who have no one at home to monitor and support them and they cannot get their much needed medications filled or refilled.What happens if one of them hurts themselves? Tracy Family Clinic needs to change their ways. A doctor should not pick and choose which conditions they are willing to treat. Human beings should be given holistic healthcare which includes mind, body, and spirit. I feel the doctors in this establishment should be counseled and/or replaced if necessary to provide the humane treatment of all individuals who receive care in this clinic, including but not limited to the ones with mental health conditions. read more

This place is an absolute joke! I wish I could give negative stars. I'm 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby. And they keep canceling my appointments. Mind you I've only seen the dr twice. When they rescheduled they put two appointments for one day (today) and they called me to tell me that I can only have one appointment a day... hmm. That made no sense to me. But my dr apt this afternoon was for 1:15pm. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour mind you I was the only one waiting. (I know I was shocked because normally they are really busy) but the ladies at the front ignored me. And one lady said she was happy their weighting room was empty, I went straight up there to say hey what about me! They said the dr was on lunch... ok then why am I here!!! Recent appointment was with Dr. de Guzman. Had appointments with 3 pediatrics here and all were bad experiences. Took in my child because had fever for few days now. And every single time they just walk in and out and just say it a virus. They ignore all you have to say like if they know your child better than you. So as usual we are sent home. My child continues with fever and now crying due to headaches so I take them to the ER and sure enough my child need medicine. These doctors here are useless. This place is just a waste of time. I lost count of how many times this has happened. They have too many patients for the useless care they provide. I don't see why this place is still even open for service. The only good thing about this clinic is Dr. Ahmed... She always has her full attention to the children. Everything else especially the medical assistants and front desk are so lost all the time they never know anything. One tells you one thing and the other tells you another. You call to follow up on any information your waiting for and they don't know what your talking about. They don't keep track of anything! My sons vaccination record was still not in the system over a week after I submitted a copy to them! What type of medical assistants are they !!!!!They talk about you thinking you don't understand (happened to me) so rude! To make an appointment if you are new patient it's about a month or more for their first available appointment, that's ridiculous!!! If you have a different insurance and you already there for the appointment they won't take you in! This young Girls I wish I remembered her name, but told me they could not take my son in because he didn't show any insurance. So she said they could not see my son. I called again and a doctor suggested to have him in for a physical that way he qualifies for temporary medi-cal and they did take him in. I guess she didn't want to do her work right since it was a Saturday, Lazy !They should make some huge changes with their staff.
