Incompetent work, severe pain, and abusive behavior--avoid this dentist…read more I went to this dentist to replace a cracked inlay (a sort of partial crown). I had no pain and no issues. No root canal was needed at the time. He repaired one cavity but must have missed another one. He then ordered a crown that was poorly made, and it didn't fit. He kept on drilling it until it didn't fit, and even considered ordering another one. After trying to fit the crown so many times, he ended up numbing and drilling my tooth again, and slapped the bad crown on anyway. I couldn't understand what was happening and dared to ask him gently, because crown attachment never goes like that. He got very angry and defensive, and drove me to tears. I was numb and helpless, and he blamed me for questioning him, telling me that if I didn't trust him, he wouldn't proceed. Not only did he ruin my molar permanently, he also made me afraid of the dentist because of his incompetence and horrible bedside manner. What a snake--he seemed super nice in the beginning but turned nasty after messing up, right when the patient was numb in the chair and in such a vulnerable position. So, after going there with no pain for a routine issue, I am now unable to chew on one side and experience sharp pain from pressure. I now require a root canal and am afraid of dealing with dentists. Multiple dentists have since pointed out the lack of a seal and the sloppy job done on this tooth. Also, just a month after this work, the crown--which I didn't even dare to chew on--fell out while I was on vacation in Hawaii, just a few hours before my flight. A local dentist was able to kindly reattach it much better, and at least it hasn't fallen out since then. However, I still have the pain and still can't chew on one side. I finally mastered the courage to write this review. Shame on him for causing so much suffering, having a horrible bedside manner, and refusing to explain anything. I actually was lucky to know a great radiologist who could read the X-rays and explain the second cavity to me. Other dentists also pointed out on the X-ray that the crown basically isn't big enough to seal the tooth properly

You get text reminders for your appointment, you get instructions to call when you arrive and stay in your car, the front desk person comes to your car to check temperature, do screening questions, and update paperwork. Before covid19, kids get to select a prize from the treasure box. Then the treasure chest was gone (at least when we visited in May 2020). Then at our Dec. 2020 appointment, we were pleased to find a giant gum ball machine with prizes inside bubbles! You get a token, turn the handle, and voila...!

One of my children had a dental extraction of a baby tooth that wouldn't budge. The process was smooth and painless for my normally anxious daughter. The shining star of our most recent visit was Danielle! She is so perceptive, kind and caring, she saw my other daughter who wasn't getting her teeth cleaned that day was hoping for a turn at the toy tower and she gave her a coin for waiting nicely. She also gave advice for toothpaste and flosser recommendations in a collaborative fashion which was encouraging and empowering.
