I chose Elite Orthodontics because of the amazing reviews that I read prior to getting braces. I wanted to choose the best of the best because not only did I need braces but I had an underbite that I wanted to treat as well. Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. I saw both Dr Ehsani and Dr Sabet and they were both phenomenal throughout my treatment before and after surgery. Elite Orthodontics helped me to correct my bite 4/25-7/26, this was actually my 4th ortho treatment, so I came into the process with a lot of previous experience and a pretty good idea of what to expect. The total cost was somewhere around $8,500, not more than $9k...making it the most expensive treatment I've personally had. For context, my first tx was a surgical case involving crowding - cost around 5k. 2nd - minor correction completed in under six months and cost less than $2K. 3rd- Invisalign and cost $6,800 and the most time spent in tx. Looking back, I still don't feel I ever received a clear explanation as to why this treatment was significantly more expensive than any of my previous. At the time, I was frustrated with my Invisalign results and eager to get my bite corrected, so I trusted the process that had been proven to give me positive outcomes and moved forward. To be fair, there were a lot of things I liked about this office. The front office staff was always friendly, scheduling was easy, appoints ran on time, and the techs were fantastic.... they were very knowledgeable, and honestly carried most of my experience throughout treatment. The office is incredibly efficient, and it's clear they have a strong team. Where I struggled was with the amount of provider interaction. Compared to my previous orthodontic experiences, I spent very little time with doctor. Most of my appt. time were with techs and because I saw multiple providers throughout treatment, there were times when I felt disconnected from my treatment plan. Since I was progressing, I tried to trust the process, but I often left appoints without fully understanding what the next steps were or why certain decisions were being made. My biggest disappointment came at the end of treatment during my debonding appointment. I have a history of dental anxiety, although I've worked really hard over the years to overcome it, I still deal with it. I've had braces removed before, Invisalign attachments removed, fillings, and plenty of other dental work. Because of those experiences, I honestly wasn't expecting this appointment to be difficult for me. The tech handled the majority of the debonding process, including removing the brackets (ceramics), cleaning off the adhesive, taking photos, delivering retainers, and scheduling my follow-up. She did a great job and communicated well throughout the appointment. What caught me off guard was how different this experience was from my previous treatments. In my prior cases, the orthodontist personally handled the final stages of treatment, including my permanent retainer placement, brace removal, adhesive cleanup, and any procedures involving powered dental instruments (drills). Because that had always been my experience, I was surprised when nearly the entire process was completed by an assistant. Hearing and feeling a high powered drill being used in my mouth by someone other than the orthodontist made me extremely nervous and uncomfortable. Whether that is standard practice or not, it was not something I had experienced in any of my previous treatments, and I was not prepared for it. The adhesive removal process was also much more uncomfortable than I expected (ceramic) . I spent most of the appointment just trying to get through it. My teeth were extremely sensitive during, afterward and still are now . In my previous treatments--including previous debondings and Invisalign attachment removal--I experienced little to no discomfort, so this was a very different experience for me. Although I had become accustomed to the bare minimum time with the actual provider, I was still caught off guard with my removal appt. I didn't see the orthodontist until the very end of the process, he checked my retainers, made a small adjustment, did a little reshaping, and that was essentially it, probably took less than 5 mins. They delivered on the outcome one, but after investing so much money, I expected more from my experience. Looking back, I think my overall experience comes down to one thing: efficiency. This office is extremely efficient, and for many patients that may be exactly what they're looking for. For me, I would have liked more communication, more provider involvement, and more discussion throughout treatment, especially at the end. Do I think Elite Orthodontics has a skilled team? Absolutely. Do I think my teeth look better than when I started? Yes- thank you!! But for the cost of treatment, I expected more direct interaction with the orthodontist and a more personalized experience than I received. If convenience, quick appts, and an efficient process are your top priorities, you'll probably have a great experience here. If you're someone who values one-on-one time with your orthodontist, detailed discussions about your treatment, and significant doctor involvement during the final stages of care, that was not my experience. read more

I stopped believing in the tooth fairy a long time ago but after my visit to Elite Orthodontics I have a sneaking suspicion that not only is the tooth fairy real but his name is Dr. Nader! I came in due to a permanent lower bottom retainer I've had for around 10 years that snapped and was exposed, I was expecting it to simply be re-glued but after speaking with the team at elite orthodontics and having my photographs taken. I was made aware of the issues with my retainer and the harm it was doing to my teeth, which I would have never even seen if it wasn't for their intake process. I was mortified to see the harm that was happening under my nose. Due to my current situation Dr. Nader offered to reinstall a brand new retainer for a lesser charge due to the fact he cared more about me leaving with a good retainer and having a healthy smile than making a profit. NEVER in my life have I encountered a medical office that was filled with dedicated professionals who not only cared deeply about their work but about their patients. Every single person I encountered was kind, dedicated and efficient. I received the best care of my entire life. They handled my dental care with a lot of patience and made sure that my gums were at a healthy place and prepared for the new installment, Dr. Nader himself went over my dental cleaning pre-application to ensure it would remain successfully. This was back in April 19th, it has now been almost a month and my retainer is in perfect shape. I came here after having a crown installed on my upper canine, which required retainer adjustments. From the start, I wasn't sure the fit was right, but I was told to give it time and come back if irritation persisted. I returned about a month later with a cold sore and was told that if the pain continued, I should come back again so the leftover wire could be trimmed. Four months later, I developed cuts on my lips in the same spots, which is why I reached out for another appointment. The office's response to my review stated that I hadn't been wearing my retainers consistently and that my last visit was over six months ago. To clarify: I did wear them consistently except when pain from the adjustment made it too uncomfortable, and my last visit was about four months ago. I also returned within the timeframe the provider herself had suggested. At this point, since the issue hasn't been resolved and I'm being told to pay again for what still feels like a continuation of the original adjustment, I think it's best for me to follow their own advice and seek care elsewhere. read more

In my experience getting consultations it seems not all orthodontists are willing to take on clear surgical patients. I have a severe anterior open bite and had a few consults who wanted to offer me Invisalign and get my bite 80% of the way there, but having TMJ issues I didn't want to risk not correcting the source of the problem. Dr. Ehsani was then recommended to me from a jaw surgery Facebook group and right off the bat said I was a clear surgical case. I felt good about signing with him because he works with many surgical patients and is familiar with the nuances of that -- how to prep the upper jaw for a 3 piece LeFort, surgical hook timelines, etc. My treatment began 2 years ago and his staff is so lovely to work with, and I love that the times I go in are overwhelming also adult patients. I love that they will always take out the wire so you can brush and floss in freedom with each appointment. Dr. Ehsani worked to prep me for my first surgeon, and just when I was ready to get on the schedule, my work insurance changed -- delaying treatment and causing me to find a new surgeon in network. It was really stressful to go through but he has been so kind and patient with accommodating these changes and requests of the new surgeon (such as adding molar bands). I also have severe dental anxiety and he always takes the time to explain things further when I ask. I believe him to be extremely skilled and up to date on the latest methods, and the office tech backs that up (such as digital scanning to 3D print my bite for the surgeon instead of dealing with messy putty). I also love that I can TEXT the office a photo or question of any concern, and they get back to me to let me know if I need to come in or not. I am super happy with my smile so far, two of my friends have gone for consults with him since I started treatment. I can't wait to get through surgery and finish perfecting my bite from there. read more

This is taken me 4 years to write this honest review. *4 years is how long it took me to get my teeth fixed, 3 years was with Elite I have decided to get my braces when I was in my late 20s. like why... but there I was.. I went to 4 different consultation before I have decided to go with Elite. I already started my braces and I needed someone to finish off for what I thought it was only going to be 2 years. Many wanted to start all over, so it would've extended my 2 years of finishing the braces. I mean, that's a no for me. I did not wanted to have these braces longer than I needed. At elite they said I can continue with what I already had and it will still be 2 years. AND their pricing was much affordable than other places. I mean I really liked the doctors and the technicians here. I do have to say some technicians were a hit or a miss. Some def. knew what they were doing, some were did not know what they were doing. For instance, one technician put something on my teeth the wrong direction so it held me back another 3 weeks. I started out with Dr. Ehsani, he was kind but I'm not sure if he was just sick of me asking when I will get my braces removed, when I got my braces off the first time, my bite was still wrong. I had to go back and tell them to put it back on, which was frustrating. AND they put back the metal braces instead of Ceramic braces because they said it will be less than 6 months I have left. Well that was a lie. It was more than 6 months that I had braces to fix the bite. Then Dr. Sabet took over and she was great. she made sure my bite was correct, had to go back for my retainer check every month to see if my teeth has shifted or not. Overall, scheduling is easy. They do open on Saturday sometimes. Technicians were all nice and doctors are cool. It's just misleading when you expect your braces to be done early, it wasn't. It is what it is. I understand that orthodontistry is a business, however Elite Orthodontics seems to be much more interested in price gouging than they are in patient care. I was referred to elite orthodontics by my regular dentist. I paid them $600 to have an upper permanent retainer put in. 4 months later the retainer came unbonded, so I returned to the office to get it repaired. They said I needed to pay another $385 dollars to simply have their work repaired. Clearly they did not do great work in the first place if it broke after only 4 months. I tried reasoning with the tech that the price was outrageous, but they refused to budge. I declined to pay that amount and left the office. I called my regular dentist to explain what had happened. They offered to call elite orthodontics on my behalf and try to reason with them. Elite orthodontics then fabricated a story, claiming that they have offered to repair my retainer for $240. They continued to lie by claiming that I told them that my regular dentist office had broken my retainer during a cleaning. This is simply untrue. My dentist office has now removed them from their referral list and offered to repair my retainer for $0. There are great dentists out there that actually care about patient care. Elite orthodontics isn't one of them. read more
