This was also during Covid, but they required me to get quotes, which were impossible to get at the time. They did not send a demand letter until December 4th. The statute of limitations ran out January 27, 2023. Even though I had sufficient proof of my case, I was contacted by phone by the junior attorney telling me the deadline of the statute, and that it was hard to prove cases and if I wished to go to trial they needed $10,000 more. Knowing that to be indicative of what I could expect for my money, I looked for other representation but ran out of time. Most of the fees they billed me for were of phone calls from me abouts the things they were requiring me to do for my case. These were the quotes I couldn't get and other information that as I said before, needed assistance with.

Approximately a month later Dibble told her the case could go Criminal which was an outright LIE and had her write another check for $30,000.00. I finally became aware of what was transpiring and put a stop payment on the $30,000.00 check and retained an honest attorney named Adam Militello who immediately sent Dibble a letter of termination and demanded a breakdown of Dibbles billing and any proof of work done on my wives behalf. Dibble resisted complying with ESQ. Militellos demands but eventually had no choice but to comply. We eventually received $16,000.00 back from the $40,000.00 Dibble swindled from my wife thanks to ESQ. Adam Militello. My wife filed a complaint shortly after with the Attorney Grievance Committee which is still investigating Dibbles handling of my wives predicament. They will determine whether Dibble should be charged with any misconduct and if so determined whether Dibble should be Censured, Suspended or Disbarred.
