I was most impressed that the founder, Atty John Bansbach called me back himself. After calling a dozen or so law firms and requesting to speak to the lawyer that would be handling my cases, and only getting legal aides to "pass on" the information, has been disappointing. Not criticizing their knowledge but I would prefer to not have an "in-between" person. My expectation was to be able to build a rapport with the lawyer handling my case , make sure we are on the same page and ascertain if our point of views are aligned . Factors critical to successfully represent me and my meeting my needs. This law firm met that expectation. Atty. Bansbach was very through in making sure he had all the information he needed to help me. I will update this review once his deliverable are received.

I had a purchase that needed to be handled in NY so looking for someone while out of state seemed…read morelike a nightmare. As the other person stated, John's office was the most responsive. I found John to be quite personable, and our first conversation already gave me the impression that he was genuine, not just another lawyer trying to make a buck off me. I explained my situation and he gave me sound advice to ensure I would be protected and get matters done with reasonable cost. While I did get the impression his office was busy, it never took too long before they either called me back or gave me updates by email. If it was important or I had a direct question John would call me back personally, otherwise Brent at his front office handled the day to day legwork. I hit a snag and had to delay the work and John did not skip a beat to pick up the work and same quote months later. Once I gave him even more details, he gave me more advice to save even more money, and the transaction completed smoothly in the time that he estimated. Because of the money saved he sent me back the remainder. While we both were too busy to actually meet in person, I would not hesitate to use his services again. I find John to be sincere in his efforts to help me, and did not nickel and dime me for everything. Extremely professional.

I'm disabled. Lucien Morin and his junior attorney made no accommodations for my disability. This was also during Covid, but they required me to get quotes, which were impossible to get at the time. They did not send a demand letter until December 4th. The statute of limitations ran out January 27, 2023. Even though I had sufficient proof of my case, I was contacted by phone by the junior attorney telling me the deadline of the statute, and that it was hard to prove cases and if I wished to go to trial they needed $10,000 more. Knowing that to be indicative of what I could expect for my money, I looked for other representation but ran out of time. Most of the fees they billed me for were of phone calls from me abouts the things they were requiring me to do for my case. These were the quotes I couldn't get and other information that as I said before, needed assistance with.

My wife made the fatal mistake of retaining Dibble…read moreapproximately 2 yrs. ago for a Family Law issue(POA)etc. Dibble told her telephonically that it would cost her $7500.00 but by the time she left his office Dibble convinced her to write a check for $15,000.00 After a month or so Dibble persuaded her into writing another check for $25,000.00 after convincing her that it was a very complex case. Approximately a month later Dibble told her the case could go Criminal which was an outright LIE and had her write another check for $30,000.00. I finally became aware of what was transpiring and put a stop payment on the $30,000.00 check and retained an honest attorney named Adam Militello who immediately sent Dibble a letter of termination and demanded a breakdown of Dibbles billing and any proof of work done on my wives behalf. Dibble resisted complying with ESQ. Militellos demands but eventually had no choice but to comply. We eventually received $16,000.00 back from the $40,000.00 Dibble swindled from my wife thanks to ESQ. Adam Militello. My wife filed a complaint shortly after with the Attorney Grievance Committee which is still investigating Dibbles handling of my wives predicament. They will determine whether Dibble should be charged with any misconduct and if so determined whether Dibble should be Censured, Suspended or Disbarred.

I've gone through both the buying and selling process now with Kevin Hoyt and the team at Gallo, and cannot say enough about how seamless they made the process. There were some title issues that came up when I was purchasing my property back in 2018 that were taken care of without my having to worry about it, and when it came time to sell - the team here had my property ready to close two weeks ahead of schedule. Kevin's assistant, Dianne, is who I worked with primarily on the sale process.
