Instead of conducting a reasonable review, they repeatedly demanded unnecessary supporting evidence and questioned information that was already well documented. What was most frustrating was that they even challenged the qualifications of my licensed CPA, who has been preparing my tax returns in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Such unreasonable scrutiny caused unnecessary delays, stress, and inconvenience. I understand the need for due diligence, but there is a clear difference between legitimate verification and treating honest customers as though they are attempting to commit fraud. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services.
