Initially after lengthy phone calls the ADT agent corrected the problem. Now after being billed yet again for installation at our previous home and a lengthy phone call, a foreign agent for ADT states we still owe for installation at our old home. The previous contract was signed August 2021, and we transferred our service in June 2023. We were told during installation at our current home that all charges from previous house would no longer be billed because we transferred our service and didn't stop our service. They lied. We are at fault for trusting them and expecting their contract and word to be good. WRONG! We will pay for the extent of our contract and then get rid of them. Save yourself time, money and frustration, Do not use ADT!

Even though a previous ADT (American) agent said we do not have to pay anything since it's a service transfer and not a cancellation. Save your money, time and patience, go with a local company and if you value your wallet and sanity do not use ADT.
