    I have two sets of wheels for my VW. The factory summer wheels and Tirerack winter wheels. I brought in my VW wheels because two were bent. The tires were fine. Uniroyal Tigerpaw. Not the best tire, but still they were new. Tracy claimed I need new tires, but they had only 1385 miles on them. This dealership constantly upsells, and this time they went too far. The tires were brand new. I know better, but there is no way they were being honest. Too many seniors go to this dealer and would be taken advantage of by the service writer. Look at the photos I took at the dealership. The tread and sidewall were perfect. Sales are slow, so service is the sales department. Stop being deceitful, and this is not an "opinion" advice issue. They didn't have my car to upsell so they tried on the wheels. I now don't trust them.

    Rust issue on roof rails

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We bought a lightly used Mercedes Sprinter Van that they had on their lot. It had just under 15,000 miles on it. We paid over $42,000 for it. There was a major service light on, so they said they would take it up to Mercedes of Hanover to have the service done. They "made an appointment" for August 5th. When we went to pick up the van from them August 11th (mind you, they told us they would do door to door service and we had to drop it off and pick it up), there were quite a few issues that were completely unacceptable. There was some rust on the roof which we asked to have fixed properly. It was not disclosed at time of sale, and was very difficult to see since the van is so tall. We had to get on a ladder to see it. I can't imagine that they didn't know about this issue. It was covered with Bondo by some hack body shop. Since the issue was not fixed correctly, it will just bubble again in a month and become a recurring nightmare. We stressed how important it was that this issue was fixed correctly. We asked if they could bring it to Mercedes where it would actually be fixed correctly; the response was "absolutely not". It is now August 12th and they still have our van, taking it back to the same body shop so they can slap some more Bondo on it. Back to the service issue... the van was never at Mercedes Benz. The service light had been reset, but when we called Mercedes, they had no record of the vehicle being there. The last service date they had was May 15, 2020. There were over 100 miles put on our van between when we dropped it off on Aug 4th (to be serviced Aug 5th), so where did it go in the past week to have this light reset? It smelled like smoke when we got in the vehicle as well. We didn't get any service paperwork with the vehicle so we are not sure where it has been. When trying to work through this issue this morning, we couldn't speak to Nate (the used car manager) as he isn't in until 10am, but we did speak with Jay, the new car sales manager. I will say, my fiancé dealt with him in a very calm manner and expressed that if these issues aren't fixed, we would like to return the vehicle. It is within our rights and we have paperwork to prove this. Jay hung up on him. This entire situation is absolutely unacceptable. It is wildly unprofessional to hang up on a customer when you have their vehicle in your possession. What a headache. Not the experience you want to have when buying a vehicle.

We had bought the car at a suburban Boston dealer who will not be named. That dealer tried to say that the issue was normal wear and tear, even though the folks at Mazda USA said it was a manufacturer's fault. The Boston dealer was extremely rude and dismissive. We will never go there again. Turn the page to Mazda Cape Cod; they were friendly, understanding, and professional. They fixed the problem immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department, and special commendations to Corey German, Rafael Hernandez, and the technician Daryl Delancey. And thanks also to Mazda USA. They too were professional and understanding. We WILL buy a Mazda again! Love the car and the brand. Next time, go to Mazda Cape Cod!

And on FridayAM, I called and no one answered, left message asking for call back to schedule appt - no response. I finally gave up. Called Tasca Mazda in seekonk (significantly longer trip for me). they picked up on first ring, apologized for the inconvenience on the car and gave me the first appt on my next available day.

    I cannot thank the people at Copeland Subaru's service center enough!! Traveled to Cape for a…read morewedding this weekend, and my car wouldn't start. Mind you, this same problem happened while I was home in NY, but at that time, the AAA person assured me that my battery was fine, and that I'd be safe to travel "as usual", including long distances - which is why I still drove, and I'm equally grateful that I made it to Cape safely. In hindsight, knowing what I know now, I would've delayed my trip by a few hours and gotten this resolved back home. Either way, I'm in a panic and called AAA to help me jumpstart, but I still needed somewhere to go to fix the issue. This was already 2pm so when I found this Subaru location, they were very upfront with me about whether or not they could help me given time constraints, but given the unexpected nature (and my pleas), they were willing to try. Ryan at Copeland Subaru was kind enough to offer to have someone drive over to jumpstart my car (I was super close by, otherwise it wasn't something they'd usually do) since we weren't sure how long AAA was going to take, and I was trying to reach them by 3. Thankfully AAA arrived in minutes from my request, got me started, and I was about to get to the Subaru. Immediately upon arrival, they checked me in, got all my info, and got started. I had probably checked in with them 3-4x in the few hours I was waiting since I had been trying to make it to a rehearsal dinner that evening, and not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. They diagnosed, changed my battery, gave me recommendations, and sent me on my way - and I made it to the dinner! I am forever grateful! Everyone here is genuinely kind, and I will never stop recommending them enough for the transparency, efforts, and patience they gave to make sure I would safely travel home again!
