They are VERY easy to schedule with - I message on Yelp, and they get back to me within the hour, and they'll follow up with you if you suck (like me) and forget to respond to them. They bring these cute little samples and hold them up to your window to show you the difference between sheer, light filtering and blackout. They have a million different shades of white. I told the guy I wanted white and he talked me out of white, white because it's super sterile; he was correct! I went with marshmallow :) My blackout curtains upstairs are the bomb and make my bedroom like a CAVE, even with a street lamp right outside my window. I asked them to move my blinds further back this week so I could fit plants in my windowsill, and they came within the week fo free. These jawns have a lifetime warranty, and I recommend blinds brothers to everyone!!

Low rating due to - sloppy work…read more- not showing up or cancelling 90% of the appointments to the point I had to constantly chase him. Promised the job would be done in 2 weeks and it took almost a year, of me chasing him to finally come back. He never finished and said "my hearts not in it any more I'll just do one more thing and that's it" - never finished the job - rudeness I wasn't going to post because he said he didn't want to do this work anymore and was shutting down his business. A local business said they only worked on Hunter Douglas products and might not be able to get the right parts. Then... cue drum roll... Ziegler said they would pick up the broken blind and return it the next day. Turns out, they did even better. Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him. He had the blind fixed and working within minutes. Pricing was reasonable, and obviously the service couldn't be beat. 1000000% recommended.

I am so late in posting this review but better late than never…read more I replaced my old eyesore blinds with vertical cellular shades, based on Peter's recommendations, and I am so happy with the results. I opted for white in both the living and bedroom areas. I love how the bedroom has the blackout feature and how both retract so close to the edges. Also thought it was a great value too. He gave me some really great options for sliding doors as I really didn't want vertical slat blinds again. I know Peter and Budget Blinds have replaced a lot of my neighbors' window treatments too so he came with a lot of great reviews and recommendations by word of mouth. I was also told that Budget Blinds will replace my blinds as a one time courtesy should there be any materials damages, I.e., flood damage, fire, etc. I would need to cover the cost of labor but the actual blinds would be replaced gratis. I would pay the additional labor, which is more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

Indeed, there was a quick and easy fix, and this company made it happen within 48 hours. My tenant was thrilled that her visiting mother would be able to enjoy the view from the window.
